We rented 2 different properties through Debi at Parkside Management with a total rental period exceeding 9 years. We have had ONLY positive experiences with this management company. Their professional, friendly and responsive nature is hard to match. Anytime we've had to communicate with the office or request repairs/maintenance, our request was responded to in a reasonable time period and was resolved fairly, professionally and efficiently. The only reason we are not renting from Parkside Management at this time is that we have moved out of state.Now that we're renting through a different management company, we clearly recognize just how wonderful Parkside Management was.We are very happy to pass along a recommendation. It certainly was earned and is well deserved!

We rented from sweets property for 1 year , when it came to get are deposit back they shorted us over $300 . Bob the owner came over to look to do a check up before we left said everything looks great . Just needed to sweep the floors before we left which we need .when we got the break down list of what they charge us for WOW just made up stuff to keep some of are deposit. If you ever use these guys you will never get all your deposit back

Hello, my name is Mary I recently rented property at 621 Fort Henry Dr. in Modesto, ca . My landlords name was Tina S. but when I rented this property it was from Countryside Property Management in Modesto. At first my experience with them was great. You are lucky if you get any of your DEPOSIT back. When I rented this property the POOL SERVICE was INCLUDED in my monthly rent. Which I have to say I was NEVER LATE. The LANDLORD TINA S, and COUNTRYSIDE PM were NOT to charged me $ 150.00 for POOL SERVICE. That is NOT EXCEPTIONABLE , and WAS NOT MY PROBLEM. I would NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE to rent property from them. I did get some money back on Deposit , but I DO believe they still own me the sum of $ 150.00 for the pool. BEWARE . READ YOUR LEASE and WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN for YOUR PROTECTION LATER. AS I have always done. YOU CAN NOT CHARGED SOMEONE FOR MONEY THAT IS NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. ALSO to protect you when you have issues with Property management companies , or Landlord you may file a COMPLAINT with PROJECT SENTINEL FREE OF CHARGE. ALSO , when your LANDLORD shows up to your house WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE or 24 HOUR NOTICE and REMOVES PHOTO FROM your WALL Breaking the clasp on the back. That is in VIOLATION of your LEASE FOR-SURE.!!!!! PROJECT SENTINEL is truly AMAZING so take pictures, write things down no matter how big or small the issue, dates, times, and to whom you spoke with, and the issue at hand...... They have broken several laws in AZ. Type there name in I don't think anyone who has worked for them in AZ has been paid. I personally have a judgement against them for unpaid wages.
The apartment complex I live in all was have some young College students haveing loud party's hard for me to sleep work during the day I call Cal Vally security they responded in good timing to shut it down and let me know management well know of the loud music. I highly recommend cal Vally security.
Owner and Co owner are prime candidates for fraud investigation. They lie and cheat their "clients" on a daily basis. Clients can get as many "checks" as they want, But I'm here to tell you They are lucky if they get one. One Officer is supposed to check as many as 12 accounts in their shift, some have paid for three checks, and they might get one. This is not a real company. I could give example after example. I can do this because I was in management for this (dare I say) company. Owners are breaking the law and getting away with it! Someone call the BBC!!!and BSIS (guard card issuers ) They need to be shut down..Employees are in serious danger here. Oh and everyone is paid under the table, so the owner doesn't have to pay taxes. That alone cost me about $ 4000,00 of a tax return that I couldn't file..Etc. POTENTIAL CLIENTS. DON'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THIS BOGUS COMPANY!!! Lastly, the main Modesto Officer is mentally unstable, and carries a gun that he is not cleared for. NO STARS..they don't deserve any at all!
I noticed a suspicious guy walking around the parking lot looking at vehicle I call security they show up really fast I seen him abut to break in a car he ran once he seen the Patrol vehicle and I seen the security guard Chase and caught him on the ground and handcuff him you guys saved my neighbors car getting stolen keep up the good work guys ^_^
The thing that impressed me about the rental process with these people was their knowledge of the Modesto area. Each community really does have its own vibes, energies and quirks. The marketing person knew much about this town and so when I aked "what do you thing about this neighborhood" she was able to tell me with certainty. I liked that and it is ultimately why I chose to put in an application with these people even though there were others to choose from.
