WARNING: DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!! I went to go get my hair cut and the lady who cut it had no idea what she was doing. Apparently she layered my hair but that just involved making my hair shorter than I wanted it. The picture I showed her looked nothing like my end result. My hair was way too short and it wasn't even "layered." One of my friends also went here and he also showed her a picture which also didn't look the same. Again it was way too short. My mom then went and got her hair cut and her hair wasn't layered it was just cut in a really weird way. Now I have to deal with a horrible haircut because of an inexperienced lady. I payed $15 to have my hair ruined and now I'm going to have a hard time trusting anyone again to cut my hair. Dont make the same mistake we did and go somewhere where they are really experienced.
I was greeted right away. She had a great smile, and got me right in. The price was great, (50). She gave me time to get situated, and asked where I might be hurting. She worked slowly and professionally. I never felt rushed. Very good place. I have been back many times.
I walked in asking for a pedicure at 9:45am on a Thursday morning. I was already being ushered to let my toes dry at the drying station at 10:15am. Not only did the man who did my pedicure NOT ask me what kind I wanted (I wanted a deluxe one with all the bells and whistles), but he barely said 2 words to me the whole time and did the absolute bare minimum. He also appeared to be sick and was not wearing a mask. I was so shocked and disappointed when I said something at the front desk when I was paying for my service. I was told, "I'm so sorry you had a bad experience. I'll say something to him about it. That'll be $20." A whole lot of good that will do me AFTER the fact. I have been getting pedicures for over 20 years and even the most basic of pedicures has never taken less than half an hour. And the fact that they didn't even attempt to do anything to correct the situation speaks to their customer service. This was my first time here and it will be my last. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the place was clean and I like that they line the pedicure tubs with plastic that they change out each time.

This spa has changed since I first began services back in September. People in society work hard all week and look forward to an unwinding massage; not to gain more stress. LYSERITY was the "massage therapist" assigned to my session and I literally stopped the massage five minutes into it, as she was very rude, argumentative, unprofessional, careless, and not accommodating whatsoever. On this particular session I wanted to use their Groupon deal which consists of a 60 minute Swedish Massage for $36. She barely applied any pressure, it was a pointless massage, whereas Amanda (the last massage therapist I had) is very sweet, calm, accommodating, and professional (which resulted in a $20 tip). LYSERITY was the complete opposite and had the audacity to argue with me afterwards while Lyn Ross (owner of Mystic Spa) stood there and watched. I had to prompt Lyn to shut her employee up.Lyn Ross (owner of Mystic Spa) does not run this spa with professionalism, ethics, or integrity. She literally stood there staring at me while I filled out the client questionnaire making it extremely uncomfortable on purpose. When I proceeded to ask why she's standing there she rudely replied "well, you asked for me" which I did, but purposefully gauging your eyes out at me to intentionally make me feel uncomfortable is your way of approaching a customer filling out a survey? Which you probably disregard anyway. Who does that??? Lyn comes across extremely careless and puts forth negative energy with her body language and unprofessional behavior, a rude person in general. (if you read the reviews on Facebook and Yelp you can sense the negative attitude and lack of professionalism as she argues back with clients who left reviews)THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! DO NOT COME HERE TO RELAX BECAUSE YOU WILL WALK OUT TENSE AND ANNOYED. I had to ask for an apology; I'll take all my stars back thank you very much, you don't even get the one star I was obligated to give you in order to post this review.
Do not go here! I came in with photos of how I wanted my hair to look, long layers, and even told Eileen? I wanted long layers she butched my hair, I had beautiful long hair!!! My layers are so short! When I called her and told her I was very disappointed she started yelling telling me I was one of those people who just wanted a free haircut, she sent me some rude texts not once apologizing! I'm shocked!
Great stylists, awesome with kids as well.I typically get too many suggestions on my son's hair, and here, they nicely did what I actually asked for. My hair was done great, with the layers.
They are the best. Great work, reasonable prices. Helen does the best nail designs and no one can get my stubborn facial hair like Anna. I love this shop.
I've been going here for about five years. Been through a few stylists and now Olivia is the only person who is allowed to cut my hair. She actually does what you ask to have done!!
