My mother in laws lawyer's assistant is RUDE and has hung up on her! She's left two messages for her lawyer to call her and he has not returned the call. I'm very disappointed in how they treat my mother in law and how they conduct business!

Traffic Violations
A: Yes. California follows a rule known as "pure comparative fault" which allows auto accident victims to recover damages even if they are found to be 99% at fault for the collision that caused their injuries, though their potential recovery will be reduced.
