This place is TRASH. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The main thing they advertise is the "club house" and "security" they have. Half the things in the club house doesn't even work. The whole kitchen in the club house is broken down and doesn't work. It's all out of date. The barbecue doesn't work. The weight room doesn't work. Why advertise a club house to get people to move there if it doesn't work? Also the "security" they claim they have is a lie. They rarely go around and do anything. They allowed a guy that just got out of prison and is on parole to move in the mobile home park. They charge a lot of money to live there mainly because of their club house witch doesn't work and security that doesn't even do anything. The new manager they have is a COMPLETE BITCH. She's evicted my 80 year old grandma who has been there for over 15 years and has always paid her rent on time. They evicted her for having company over witch has never been an issue with the previous managers. Not only did they evict her but before my grandma got evicted she tried to sell the mobile home to a few different buyers. Each buyer my grandma had the manager would turn down that way the manager can take over my grandmas mobile home. So now my grandma is kicked out with no money because they took her mobile home from her. All because my grandma had company over! This didn't only happen to my grandma but it's happened to a lot of other people too. This manager is evicting a lot of people for small reasons and then turning down their buyers that way they can take over their mobile home. They claim it's a senior citizen community for only 55+ people but they allow people of younger ages to move in and people on parole to move in. Not to mention they raise the price of the rent up every single year.
