Brenden theater is a great place to go with family and friends to spend time together .

I only go here cause its next to fuzio's so i can catch a drink before the show, its just as good as any other theatre, i don't like that it takes along time for a coffee, am i the only person who drinks coffee nowadays??? it takes like 8 mins, like they had to brew a pot just for me. still the staff is nice and the theatre is clean enough, i prefer to go to abc in manteca on thursdays for cheap tickets 14$ for 2!

The Brenden Theatre has the WORST POPCORN I EVER TASTED! It is stale and really awful tasting.

The old movie projectors project GLARY, BLURRY, DISTORTED, GRAINY, FADED images.

When The Perfect Storm was out less than 2 weeks still selling out, they put it in the smallest screen they had, while The Rugrats was in their largest screen!... When Source Code was out 2 weeks they put it in the smallest screen they had while Hop was in their largest screen!!

Got my License Plate Tag Stolen from the Brenden Theatre Parking Garage, and they did nothing for me. You have to get validated, but they do not have security.

Great place to go for a new movie if you want to avoid the crowds. Went their opening weekend for eclipse and we were among very few other people. Very good popcorn too!!!

This theater has everything and I love it. The snack bar has everything and refills on sodas and popcorn and is clean all the time. The quality and sounding of the movie is the best part though. This theater suits all of my needs for a perfect movie night! It's perfect for a little city like Modesto.

Great place to see a movie. I remember the old days when there was only a couple theaters in Modesto, one that had ripped up seats and mystery meat hot dogs. The Brendan was a big step up when it opened around 99- 2000. Upkeep is good here and no complaints from my many visits.
