I've been a client of Bellini Pilates the past 4 years. I have never stuck with an exercise program for very long..... but not pilates! Danielle Bellini has been a wonderful instructor. She has provided attentive instruction in using the reformer, as well as, a congenial atmosphere. She and her staff are the best!
I've had a autoimmune disease for many years and experience pain and limited strength and balance. Danielle is very aware of my limitations and is very careful as to what, or how much, I can do on any given day in class. She regulates my exercise as she sees fit. I trust her decisions completely. My strength and ability have increased tremendously under her instruction. I am so happy with the results.
I love Bellini Pilates and will continue to attend.
I love Bellini Pilates! I have been a client there for 3 years, now and have become strong and toned. I look forward to each class. I have never looked forward to exercise. Each class is a different experience, and, Danielle Bellini, is a wonderful teacher. She gives form correction and adjusts exercises for each client and their ability while maintaining light conversation to help keep your mind off what the body is doing. I will be with Bellini Pilates for a long time.
Exercise used to be a way of life for me . For thirty two years, I faithfully went to the gym three times a week taking in almost every class from weight training to cycling. Unfortunately, few years ago I just lost interest and my body as well as eating habits changed.
A friend recommended Bellini Pilates to me. K was a little hesitant at first, but thought I would give it a try.
I first met with the owner, Danielle, who introduced me to the "reformer" and critiqued my strengths and weaknesses before signing me up for any of the classes. This has been one of the best things I have done for health and regaining my physical strength without all the difficulty of using weights.
I can't say enough about Daniele and her staff. She is there 100% for each client.
You can't put a price tag on your health.
All I can say is WOW!
Bellini Pilates is all about M.O.T.S (more of the same) knowing that there are various exercises to do on a reformer the instructor seems to use the same exercises and warm-up routine...boring...boring...boring. i dont even know if you can actually call this person an instructor because during a session here there are no instructions given, she is either gossiping about her other clients or answering phones. In addition if you need to cancel class consider it a loss the cancellation policy at this studio is a joke however, the instructor can always cancel on you if she cannot fill the class! Another reason i dislike the service at Bellini's is that the owner wants money up front for pre paid sessions on the next package even though you havent finished your previous sessions(CAN YOU SAY MONEY HUNGRY! ) I attended this pilates studio for four months and all i can say is that i would NEVER refer anyone here !
I was in a car accident and plagued with lower back pains. I had physical therapy, I saw a chiropractor even had acupuncture, nothing seemed to ease my suffering. I was dependent on muscle relaxers and even prescription pain medication to relieve my excruciating pains.
A friend told me about Bellini's Pilates and how it had helped her with her pain and overall health. I took her advice and decided to try it out. I met Danielle the owner. She took time to listen to me and designed a specific program tailored for my injuries and level of fitness. It has been almost a year now and my lower back pains are gone. I feel and look great. I owe it all to Bellini Pilates. Danielle's patience, knowledge and professionalism are beyond compare. Not to mention that her prices are very reasonable compare to other Pilates studios. I highly recommend this studio for anyone wanting to live a healthier lifestyle and be free of pain.
