        Honest and knowledgeable

        I used them to purchase my first home. Their free home buyers seminar was helpful and no pressure. They got me a great rate and explained everything in terms I could understand. I would definitely recommend using them for your next mortgage.

        Recently had trouble getting out of an ARM. California Mortgage Associates was able to help us get into a fixed rate. they literally kept us from losing our home!
