While the staff ttat answers the phone and the secretaries are curteous, the recent handling of a specific situatuon I needed help with was spit upon by the company's owner, Sherry Busy, who via email, flat-out refused to duscuss the matter with me over the phone. I feel her conduct was highly unprofessional, and as our HOA pays good money for TMA to manage our affairs, I am ptesently disgusted that HOA dues go toward such poor customer service.

This business provides services to the HOA community I live in. On the two occasions I've contacted them with questions, I found the staff to be very rude, not helpful at all, not very well trained and seem to have the attitude that they do not want to have to deal with members. My written attempts to bring this to the attention of management have not been responded to. A little common courtesy should not be too much to ask for a member who pays their annual dues which in turn pays the salaries of these employees.
