Had the unfortunate experience of buying a car here. They sell defective cars and claim to have a 3 month dealer warranty on electrical or small mechanical problems. They use junk yard parts to do repairs if they do them at all. Take your business to an honest dealer.
Thanks to Sam at Modesto Toyota we just bought a 2016 Tacoma truck for our Son. Everyone was so nice and treated us with such respect and kindness! No hassle , no gimicks , so fast and easy to deal with ,We were out the door with a brand new car and a grin on my kids face from ear to ear!, Sam gave us a great deal and we will be back to see Sam for our next Car! This is one of the worst experience I ever had in my life with this dealershipI never realized till the next day of my purchase (Toyota Prius)I was cheated so badly. They sold a used Prius 39k miles for 21980 while the new one costs 24500. They used cool of strategies like holding me for a long time like 6 hrs and made me decide in few minutes. Also I was there with my 4yr old son so I couldn't check anything online with pricing since he was so hyper and that's another reason they used as advantage. They show a fake jelly blue book value for 2013 car which was not true until I went home n checked . Since I haven't signed the ( $ 250 ) 2 day no obligation return policy I couldn't return the car back to them. I am writing this since I don't want anyone to get cheated like me in the future. I lost something like $5000 buying the car from that dealership. Pls beware of this dealership. I finally end up paying $407 for the used car for 72 months instead I would've bought a new Prius by paying $375 for 60 months. Pls do the math n homework before going to this dealership. Don't be in a hurry. I can give the name of the sales guy in my next write up.
My family has been buying cars here since the mid-90's and there is a reason we keep going back. The staff has always been very helpful. The first car we purchased was an early 90's 190E and due to a curse that seems to have been placed upon my family where no matter what kind of car is purchased it has problems it was in and out of service for the same problem that would disappear on the way to the dealership multiple times. Eventually Modesto European flew a master mechanic over from Germany and he was able to find a repair the issue. Since then we have purchased a ML430, CLK430 Conv., C320 Wagon, E55 AMG, & CLS550 I highly recommend Modesto European and Mercedes Benz
Terrible customer service in the body repair department. The auto repair manager has dishonest practices and is not qualified to change my tire. Do not take your car here for an insurance claim "if" you want it repaired right or want to assess complete damages before proceeding with repairs. I looked at my wrecked vehicle for two minutes & found obvious damages that were overlooked "intentionally" by the Alfred Matthews staff, managers &, insurance adjusters of The Hartford insurance company. I was also told by the manager of Alfred Mathews (collisions repair department) that they would not complete an estimate that would cause a vehicle to be a total loss; he further went on to say that his company will underbid the estimate & get the company to commit to repairs which would cause the insurance comapany to lose thousands of dollars. I also talked to the owner Paul Carrone & he continues to stand behind his companies dishonest employees and repair procedures. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have poor customer service & only care about the money they can make. CUSTOMERS & INSURANCE COMPANIES BEWARE!!!!!
I took my SUV for oil change went to pick it up with a check engine light.....so I went to speak with the service manager he lied to me saying my tranny was bad.....my advice don't believe anyone in service that will do anything to get you to spend money even if it comes down to lieing
do not waste your time here. if i can gv them a zero star i would but since i cant then ill be nice and give them a one star instead. we bought a car from them and literally three days later it died on the freeway. not only did they tell us nothing was wrong with the car but they refused to refund our money back. instead told us to bring the car back so they can look at it another day. when we finally did bring it back (we live in another city) they told us they dont have to refund us the money but theyll be nice and let us exchange it for another car . really? to be stuck with anther lemon from them???. what i dont get is that theyre also auto mechanics, why would they not fix the cars before selling them or why would they sell a car when they know that its a piece of crap. in the end they did return our money back after days of complaining but we were charged 300 dollars for restocking all because we kepted it out for too many days...heres the timeline....we bought it on wed..car broke down sat...came back mon because they closed on sun...and towed car back on tuesday..yet we took too long. I should of known better when Raj the owner kepted calling me sweety. like i said dont waste your time here
My Husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Central Valley Nisson in Modesto Califonia and they are the best!!! Always Professional and Friendly. they go out of their way to help and not pressure you. Our Salesperson Eric Manzo was Awesome and went the extra mile to make sure we understood everything about our new Altima. even made calls to our home to make sure we were comfortable with all the details provided to us. We are senior citizens and the patience shown to us by Eric is priceless . We appriciate the service shown to us and we will always continue to support Central Valley Nissan.
