I absolutely love the employees there at murphy auto sales. Good hard working people. When my husband and I could not afford the down payment they helped us out with deferred down payments pushing our first actual payment out 45 days. Although my AC in my car went out 6 months after purchasing the car they lent me the money to pay the mechanic. Good people to know.
My inital visit to Prestige Auto was mostly pleasant. I got what I thought was a decent deal on my car (ignoring the fact that they didn't know what year it was until they printed off the paperwork, after which they told me that it wasn't a 2007 but rather a 2012) and was financed through them. Upon leaving the dealership, I found that any bump in the road caused the car to swerve, so I told the dealership and they paid to "fix" it. The people at the repair shop told me that the last time someone repaired the suspension on the car, they repaired it incorrectly, and the car was actually missing a part. So much for their thorough pre-sale inspection, right? So they fix it and I'm fine.Shortly after this, I take the car on a trip of 1500 miles, which shouldn't have been a problem for this car, as it was presented as being in such good condition. However, at mile 600, my car starts acting up on the freeway. I step out to see that both of my rear tires are completely bald and flat. I get a tow truck to take me in to the nearest town to get it repaired. When I went to pick up the car, the mechanic showed me that the suspension components were so weak that he's able to compress them with his bare hands. Fast forward about a month, Prestige calls me up saying "Hey, we got you a better interest rate for the car, so we're gonna send you a new contract so you can make lower monthly payments.They send me the contract, I send it back. Fast forward another month, and I get a call from the lender saying they can not honor the loan because I didn't sign it on site. I call Prestige to ask what the deal is, they give me an "oh well" and get aggressive, saying I have to pay to get the car back to them from my new home in TX. I get aggressive back, and as soon as I threaten legal action, they're suddenly able to make a deal with me, so I go through a lender of my choice and have them send the money to Prestige. All in all, the process took 3 months.Don't go through Prestige. Ever.
Very pleased with my vehicle, my family has been coming here for years will continue to buy my vehicles from here.
Bought a Great older model van (Thank You Hosanna!!!) "As Is" (standard). Ran great for awhile, but the transmission went out (known problem with this vehicle). Michael went the extra mile and got it fixed for us - Now the van is worth much more than we paid for it. What a great deal!Thank you all!!!Brad & Linda Clouser

Great experience. Friendly staff. Paperwork was ready for signatures by the time we arrived. They worked with us so we were able to get the payments where we needed them to be. We will go back and recommend them to friends and family. Only downside was the selection of vehicles for sale. Although I found three cars in their inventory that I liked. Best of all the price was right. Thank you KM.
The owner of this place is the by far the most dishonest, manipulative, unprofessional excuse for a human Ive ever come into contact with. He rips people off and leaves them high and dry. Not sure how this man is still in business the way that he rips people off. Hes a FRAUD.
