Service sucks .... don’t go there the guy that works there took like 5 minutes to get up and come to see if we need it help.. he didn’t even say hi ... I went to see if he could help us... to unlock a phone soo we could activate it ... all he did was connected to iTunes and he charge me 10 bucks gave it to me .. soo when I tried using the phone I couldn’t used it because phone was still locked ... he didn’t gave me my $10 back .. soo. If you go make sure your phone works or that he actually fixed that problem before giving him any money ...

They have a good selection of different brands. Never had any problems with anything. If its online or walk-in always a good experience.
They don't answer phones??? What the heck. I was on hold 45 before someone came on the line. Then I was forwarded to 3 different departments. And the problem still wasn't resolved. I have to go to the store. I'm not happy about this. I'm a elderly customer and can't deal with this. I'm very upset. The in- store service was great when I was spending all the money I spent. But the aftermath is very poor. They have made a very satisfied customer into a VERY DISSATISFIED customer.

Not sure now but bought a new phone battrie about 3 weeks ago an its quit tskeing a charge.already.trying to find out if they will do anything about this issue

He is very smart and makes up all kinds of lies and is doing this to lots and lots of customers all u got to do is hang out at the store to meet all the upset customers.
There the best customer service in business told the guy how much money I had for three motor home battery got them for way cheaper then any where

It took 30mins for them to attend me, and just to tell me that I'm now in the waiting list for someone to actually attend me. Funny there were actually more apple employees than customers. It's better to order online than going to this store.
