I found this company to be fair and diligent. I have worked with them for several years now and have been very happy with their service. I'm a believer that you get what you pay for and I have found them to send professional techs that are knowledgeable, get the system fixed, and not just change parts. It's worth a fair price to have a professional repair my system right the first time. You can see a clear difference in a well run company and a chuck in a truck that just changes parts. Very satisfied and planning to continue with them.

These are thieves! They fool you with technical terminology and then they charge you $100 for a 10 min job plus $150 for a $20 part. Be aware!

We are so sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with any company which provides service in our industry. We offer up-front pricing and seek approval by the homeowner before proceeding with any repair - including the initial diagnostic. As a small business owner, I can relate to needing to charge standard industry prices for repairs. This enables us and other reputable companies to cover all of our costs and to stay in business so we may serve our clients into the future when they have a need. I can also relate to how expensive services can seem as a consumer, but am grateful to those willing to provide services for my benefit and understand that to maintain a viable business, there are far more expenses than just the parts and the technician’s time.
