Rip off alert. Used a complementary one day pass. Nowhere on the pass does it say that non-members pay a 10% up charge. Ended up paying $23 which is 50% of the annual Sam's fee. Sam's said they always make this charge and it is stated on the pass, which it is not. Very dissatisfied.

They are always helpful and courteous. The store is always super busy which can be a problem.
Don't expect the employees to help you in any way. I asked one employee who was working and walking through the store where a certain item was located. She didn't stop walking as I talked to her and she said "I think it is over there in one of those aisles". She pointed in a general direction and then walked off. While checking out, the employee was talking to another employee throughout the entire process. In doing so, she scanned an item once then removed it for whatever reason....I do not know. I was busy loading my cart up while she was scanning my items. I only had 10 items but they were large bulky items. I stood in line after I checked to show the door employee my receipt. The line was at least 8 people long with only one employee working the door. The employee looked at the items in my cart and my receipt and realized the numbers didn't add up. She made a spectacle out of me and was very loud and condescending. The one item that I had to have was the item the checker removed while checking me out. I had to go back through the line to pay for the item that the checker didn't charge me for. After another wait to exit the store, the clerk snatched the receipts out of my had, rolled her eyes, didn't say a word and wrote something down in one of the books by the door. She took her sweet time in writing it down and the line was growing longer. I asked the door clerk if there was a problem. I think she was stalling to make me wait longer. I exited the store and then re-entered to get a form to fill out for customer comments. As I took the form off of the stand the door clerk stopped what she was doing (there was a long line of people waiting on her to check them at the door). She yelled that her name was Erica T. to me as I was leaving the store. I didn't make any contact with her when I walked back into the store, I simply walked to the complaint board to take a comment form with me. Her actions were antagonistic, condescending and very unprofessional. I really love the prices but can't stand the awful employees. I usually just deal with the poor customer service provided by the checkers and don't ever complain. This was a case where every employee I contacted in the store that day performed very poorly.
I go to Target to get those things that I can't get at Wal-Mart... and then I end up getting a whole lot more! And the reason is-- Target has lots of choices for reasonable prices.
Although you get a good price at whichever branch you go to, this branch doesn't have the usual amount of choice.
