Recently rented a Full Size car from this location for a 2 week period. The Working Staff were absolutely Courteous, Helpful, & Professional. I made this particular Reservation ON-LINE and the only CAUTION/TIP I would offer: Be certain to CHECK the EXACT Time you prefer to Pick up your rental. I did not specify the exact pick up time for this particular rental, arrived at 7 AM and was told by the MANAGER to come back no earlier than 12 NOON! NO EXCEPTIONS! This DELAYED my plans by a FULL DAY........My Fault.

We were so tired when we finally got to Mobile...we were on a visit to pay final respects to my younger brother in Pensacola. Our plane was delayed in Atlanta...that added to the stress. Arriving at the Enterprise location, the assistant was very quick and instead of giving us a compact camera we were given a Buick LaCrosse..needless to say the comfort and eliminated the car gave our tired bodies something to enjoy. Thank you, Enterprise, for the comfort you gave us.
Customer Service there was good. HOWEVER, due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed a long term rental. After finding a price I could afford for awhile I was informed they would Not renew my month to month contract because they felt I wasn't paying enough. I am now stranded with a kid to shuttle to school and no transportation.
As always, I had a very pleasant transaction... The staff is very friendly and helpful, the only rental company I use.
