Pawn Shop in Mobile, AL

They sold me a $300 cellphone that was still under someone else's services Service Agreement per T Mobile who ran the serial number. I had the phone for exactly 28 days when the service was interrupted/shut down for non payment. Although i pay each month for service the cellphone itself was still being financed under someone else's name. I took the phone back to EZ pawn/Capital Pawn. They told me because I didn't purchase a warranty there was nothing they could do. No exchange or partial refund was offered. When i purchased the phone they never explain the possibility that something like that could happen or even offered me a warranty just in case something like that did happen. The only difference between buying from them & buying stolen goods from a guy off the street is that they have a license to do it!

Totally shady organization. Even their written word is worthless. And when I pointed out what they were doing was unlawful.Mike told me to get theF**K out of his store. Great place huh?!?!?
