I am 65 year's old and in pain everyday with my back, waited over an hour after being referred to her and never seen the Dr, they sent in a PA who was very rude and knew it all, unprofessional and sarcastic. I will not go back to this Dr and will never recommend her to anyone, my son went to her three times and never seen the Dr, only the PA, I am reporting this to BBB and medicare and my supplement insurance and also my PCP, she should be run out of business if she is not going to see patient's. Time wasted was over two hour's at office and over an hour filling out paperwork. Felt like a drug addict the way I was talked to, shame on them !
The place is wonderful! Not sure why it gets bad reviews maybe because it is not a "pill mill." I was treated very professionally the physician took her time and explained every aspect of my treatment plan and I felt that she did a really great job! Staff was great also. Would highly recommend.
I was a practicing veterinarian for 20 yrs before I became unable to work due to severe arthritis in both knees. I would have never let my patients stay in pain if I could do anything about it. I always considered that unethical. But after two visits here, they have done nothing but prescribe a topical that didn't help at all. If you want to go to someone who cares and will actually help control your pain, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They will not prescribe pain meds!!! I have to take way more Tylenol than is recommended to help with pain that is bad enough to wake me from a dead sleep. Thanks to them I have no other options. VERY AGGRAVATING AND DISAPPOINTING!!! NO HELP HERE!!!
They are some of the rudest nurses around. Talking down to people. They never answer phones or call back STAY FAR AWAY
I have been a patient at magnolia for 5 yrs. This yr 2016 they have closed for over a month 3 times leaving all their patients without meds, anyone in the office, or medical records for over a month. Every time they close(dr. Leaves), the patients aren't even notified they just leave you to show up on your appointment date and find the door locked. The owner takes your records out of the building with him so you can't get them making it all most impossible to find another pain management. So your stuck at his mercy till he reopens. This has happened 3 times this year (2016). The owner doesn't pay his staff or doctors. If your a patient now get your records and go! If your looking for a pain management keep on looking don't trust magnolia, the staff is great but owner is terrible. He WILL leave you in pain without any notice, find another pain management!
