Fabulous Service and extremely easy fitting for a tux. The customer service we received was above and beyond. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I had my wife drop off a work shirt to be heavy starched and pressed. I'm a military guy and looking pressed at my job is important to me. It only took one day,, and $1.50. Now I see why. I put in hard Work to look good at my job by pressing my own clothes and polishing my boots, but wanted it professionally done this time. The cuffs and collar are perfect; the sleeves are NOT PRESSED AT ALL.. So my wife takes it back to have it redone, and said the old lady behind the counter snapped that it WAS pressed. I would have happily paid $3 or $4 for it to be done right. Now I understand everyone's reviews. You want it done right? Take it some where else!
I went here to rent a tuxedo for a mardi gras ball and because i had a state issued id instead of a driver license they would not rent me one so when i told the lady that was illegal that they had to take it it wad state issued she goes in the back then says she can rent me one with a 250 deposit but only 10 dollar deposit if i had a license hell i can buy one for 150 i really feel like o was discriminated against and like they are saying people with a id card are not as good as people with a license i was really embarrassed and felt like a second class citizen so today after work i am going to contact my local media the bbb and a discrimination attorney to see if they can have that policy changed i will never try to use there services again and don't recommend them to anybody else
We needed a tux for an upcoming Mardi Gras ball and heard that their tuxes were for rent for $48 plus tax and $7 for shoes. That was still cheaper than anywhere else, so we decided to go there and check it out! The ladies were fast at getting my fiancé fitted and they were all so nice. I had a pleasant experience and would gladly go back.
I placed a pair of Winter White pants in the Jaguar cleaners on Cottage Hill Rd., after going there for years with no problems. The pants had some stains along the hemline as to be expected with Winter white. I picked up the pants and there were stains along the lower leg as if the pants had been smeared with something. When I identified the stains the attendant sent the pants back for a redo. Two redos later I requested to be compensated because the stains went from black to blue to pink. I filed a claim and waited three weeks only to be told my pants were cleaned. At this point I am upset because I want to know why did it take 3 attempts and why did no one inspect the pants before delivery to me. I go in and there is a nasty note from the owner stating the stains were from food, I explained who eats on their outer lower leg and if the stains had been present I would have identified it to be clean upon 1st visit. The owner's wife apologizes and then tell me the owner is color blind, why would someone color blind make such a call with such confidence. She apologized and offered to redo the pants again 4th time. It worked however, I did not appreciate the funky note from the owner and all of the repeated attempts, when it could have been resolved the 1st or 2nd time. The staff has always been nice but, the owner whom I have never met, will not have another opportunity to be rude to me and discount my business again. Shulanda Franks Mobile
I've only used them a few times out of necessity due to the convenience of their location. Each time I received very poor customer service, but nothing went "wrong," until this last time.When I went to pick up my items, one was missing, which I needed for the next day. The young girl there told me that she thought it was at another location, but there are no managers or supervisors. I called the other location, and the young girl there told me they didn't have it, and confirmed there were no managers or supervisors. Between these two girls, it was communicated to me that none of their employees can do anything but take your money and items, and give your items back to you.I left my contact information with both of these girls (which they already had in their computer), and told them to let me know when my item was found.Over a week passed, and I heard nothing, so I went to their website, and filled out their contact form with everything I've said so far here, asking them to please contact me and let me know if they'd found my item.Another week passed, and I called, and spoke to another young girl, who told me that my item was there, and confirmed that employees can only take your money and items, and give your items back to you, and that there are no supervisors or managers. When I asked who I should complain to, she said "the accountant," which sounded strange to me.She forwarded me to the accountant, who did not identify herself, but after I asked her she confirmed that she was "the accountant," and that there are no supervisors or managers, indicating to me that there is only an owner (who was unavailable when I asked to speak to him), herself, and all of these young girls at their locations.I told her everything I've said so far here, and her response was to ask what I wanted her to do about it, so I quickly ended the conversation.When I went to pick up my item the next day, I was still charged for it, and - despite having my contact information and knowing of my displeasure - the owner has not contacted me in the month since this all took place.
