In 1986, we extended the boundaries of our operation to include Pensacola, Florida. Having an opportunity to expand our dealership network base even further, we decided to take over the Tallahassee, Florida dealership in 2003. This now allows us to be able to serve all of your trucking needs all along the Gulf Coast from the MS/LA state line all the way through Gulf Coast Alabama and Florida all the way to I-75!         Worst service ever

        My name in Rich and i own a fleet company of 9 trucks, one of my trucks had a check engine light and I decided to take it to Ward international in Mobile AL. When i arrived at the shop they checked the codes and told me that they will fix it in couple days. The truck been sitting at their parking lot for 17 days and they didn't take a look at it.Every time I call them they are saying that they are working on the truck and they don't know what is the problem.Today 07/06/15 I drove by the shop and my truck was in the same parking spot when I left it 17 days ago. They said that the truck is being repaired but in fact was staying outside all this time. I just called them today again and now they said it will take another 2weeks before they can work on it. I am very disappointed and I will never recommend to anyone to go to Ward international .i will be in AL in couple days to pick up my truck from those liars .Its a real life situation so if any one want to contact me at Piramidtrucking@gmail.com I can prove all above.
