Trax Tires

I purchased 4 tires for my 2004 Bentley Arnage T on June 5, 2010. Right after they completed the job, I found out there were multiple nicks and abrasions, as well as some dark stain on the rims. I showed them to the store manager, Jack. Jack said that his equipment could not have damaged the wheels and therefore, the wheels were damaged before they changed the tires.



This is a total lie. I know the exact conditions of the rims when I drove the car in. They were in like new conditions without a hair of damage of any type. I know that because I am a car collector. I am the founder and president of Southern Exotic Car Club, see our website at: southernexoticcarclub.net I believe Jack knew that his technician blew it, (may be they had never replaced tires on a Bentley or may be the Bentley wheels were different or may be they did not know what they were doing), the bottom line is they messed up the rims big time. But, they had no courage, integrity, or even intention to admit. Therefore, they did not even offer any simple apology.



I wish I had never gone to this store. They are completely lack of professionalism. Their work was way below the standard and their attitude was despicable. I will not use this store for the rest of my life. I will not recommend this store to anyone I know especially all my club members. They may be able to change tires for tractors or trucks, but not luxurious automobiles.



I gave them Zero Star for total lack of professionalism or integrity.
