Apple authorized dealer. They really are very good at what they do. Reasonable prices. Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgable staff.
MY SYSTEM WAS ACCIDENTALLY SET ON A WET COUNTER TOP. THE SYSTER WAS FINE FOR A FEW HOURS, SUDDENLY THE SCREEN WENT OUT. THE SYSTEM WOULD POWER UP WITH NO DISPLAY.
I CALLED APPLE SUPPORT, AFTER TALKING TO THE TECHNICIAN, HE REFERRED ME TO A LOCAL AUTHORIZED APPLE REPAIR STORE.
I TOOK MY COMPUTER TO THE COMPUTER STORE LOCATED IN MOBILE, ALA. I WAS TOLD THE LOGIC BOARD WAS DAMAGED WITH CORROSION. HE GAVE ME A VERBAL ESTIMATE STATING THE PART WOULD COST AROUNG 400.00 AND 1 HOUR LABOR, TOTAL PARTS AND LABOR 500.00. I OKED THE REPAIR.
WHEN I PICKED UP THE COMPUTER AND RECEIVED THE INVOICE I NOTICE THE PART WAS ONLY 280.54, AND HE CHARGED 2 HOURS LABOR TO BRING THE PRICE UP TO 500.00. WHEN I QUESTION THE TECHNICIAN, HE COULD NOT EXPLAIN THE COST OF REPAIR. I CALLED APPLE AND WAS TOLD THIS REPAIR WOULD HAVE COST 325.00 IF I HAD MAILED THE SYSTEM TO APPLE. IF YOUR APPLE PRODUCT NEEDS A REPAIR, YOU SHOULD MAIL IT TO APPLE OR FIND ANOTHER REPAIR COMPANY.

Provided by SuperpagesI recently had a second PC built by The Computer Store. The results were exemplary. Any time I experienced any bumps they were handled. I recently had a little software issue and Jaime came to my house and corrected it in 5 minutes. They did what they said they would do and did it well. IMHO anyone ordering a PC from Dell or Lenovo doesn't really know what they are doing. For a few hundred dollars more you can choose your motherboard, e.g., and I have a military grade motherboard not some low cost piece of garbage you get from Lenovo or Dell. THeir p rices are reasonable and they stand behind what they do. Just outstanding.
IMHO the other reviews in here are written by the ignorant. I have had 2 PC's built by them with MY specifications including a military grade motherboard the likes of which you can't even get with Dell, Lenovo or HP. They did great work, smoothed and solved all bumps that arose, and stood behind t heir work. Their prices were reasonable and each time I ended up with a superior result at no more than a few hundred dollars more than a Dell - but with much better quality and integrity. All the services they performed at my request included some that other local vendors wouldn't perform - I know because I asked before I found TCS. Based upon my personal experience anyone who would trust the geek squad with anything is a fool. You get what you pay for and TCS is well worth it.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is unfortunately the only authorized Mac repair center in Mobile, the only reason for walking in their doors. I brought a laptop in for a minor repair that they diagnosed and assured me they would order parts the next day and I'd have my machine back the day after. All covered under my Apple warranty. The next day came and went, I then called them to ask what was going on - no parts yet, but it's the warehouse's fault, not theirs of course. I then went to pick up my machine and wait for the parts to come in, no problem they said - the relevant parts and a replacement battery ordered and all covered. Several weeks later, I called them again, apparently they finally had the parts but now I needed to pay them out of my pocket! They told me I should call Apple to sort out their billing mess. I spoke to Apple, they told me that shop had not ordered/received official parts since July (6 months ago). It is a disgrace that these guys are an 'authorized' shop - they are liars and scammers

Provided by SuperpagesTRASH! Even if these guys were expert repairmen, which they are most definitely not, it still wouldn't make up for the second rate treatment they dole out to customers. The desk jockey acted like I was putting him out with my questions and when I called to check on the status of the repair (several hours after I was told I would receive it) the guy was just plain rude!! Because I had to commute a considerable distance I needed a straight answer about estimated repair time. When I asked the simple question, "Is it worth it to stay in the area for a couple of hours or should I just leave it here for a couple days?" the guy told me that was "my choice" and he had no idea. Totally didn't give a damn! At best he could have at least given me a ballpark, at worst he could have just said one week. On a tech side, my product was DOA. They could have told me that I had the option of simply shipping it back to Apple for a replacement instead of driving back and forth.
