Love Dr. Sneed and his entire staff! I never dread going to the dentist; in fact, I look forward to it! I would never go anywhere else.

I have been going for a few years. The facility is great, the dentist is wonderful, but I had a bad experience with one of his assistants.


I went in once and I described where and how my teeth were hurting, and in previous dental offices, the staff immediately knew what was wrong. But this dental assistant kept asking about it over and over, before the dentist came in, using a flustered tone as if she had never heard of my problem before, and I was either stupid or wasting her time.

But my worst experience was this past Spring right after I got married. I was rushing from work to get to my appointment, got caught in traffic, and ended up being 15 minutes late. The same dental assistant as before kept fussing at me for being late once I showed up. I would rather be turned away at the door. But they took me in and she brought up the topic of my tardiness four times as if I was burdening her. Again, please turn me away at the door. Don't fuss at me over and over. Won't come back.

Overall great experience! I love the friendly atmosphere of the office and how knowledgeable Dr. Sneed and his staff are. I never dread going to the dentist because I know I am in good hands. I would recommend this office to anyone!
