Philip and Brandon who worked 3/12/09 after 5pm were the rudest. I stopped at the kiosk and choose my wash, when it got to the last screen when it ask if you would like something extra, at the bottom is a red bar to push to say no. I tried to push that bar, I sat there several minutes trying to push that bar but it wouldn't go, I even hit a vein wrong on my knuckle and got a tiny bruise from pushing that damn screen. I had to choose a $2.00 tire shine to get out of that screen. That wasn't a problem.. my truck probably needed it, it was only $2.00.
My problem lies in the attendent Philip... I never asked for a refund, I only wanted to let him know his screen was messed up, so that way he might could check it out. He said he don't know why it didn't work it worked for everyone else and has been working all day he took my reciept and went into the little building. Don't know what he did with it, he didn't say... I can only assume he gave me a refund (I didn't ask for it) w as only being nice letting him know his machine wasn't working right.
As I pulled forward and started rolling up my window, both Phillip and his co-worker Brandon thought they were going to keep talking about how crazy I was how come it didn't work for me.. etc... etc...etc all but called me a liar. I rolled my window back down and asked their names, Phillip told me, then laughed and said "what, gonna get me in trouble?"...
Hell yeah! That was rude and people like them should not be working in public. They need to be sent to a customer service class.
I wear Prada shoes, tote Louis Vuitton & Coach purses... why the hell would I need a refund for $2.00? Give me a break!
Grrrr I am feed up with rude people!
