This is a GREAT service. Everyone from the office personnel, the office manager (April) and the pluming service gentlemen were professional. The man who answered the phone treated me as if I was the only customer in the world, That type of treatment continued through the actual service call. I had a pipe crack in an exterior wall of my kitchen. I called this company even though I had not used in 18 years, They were still as wonderful and dependable as I remembered. Ben Carter came out to do the repairs, he was professional and knew what he was doing. The estimate range for this repair given to me by their office the day before when I called, actually was wrong, it was less then the lowest end of the estimate, he was in and out in 1 1/2 hours. I would recommend this company to anyone. And as a single woman, this is a very high recommendation because so many places try to ripe us off. I am lucky that I was married to a builder for 21 years, so I knew what is what. But they did not know that. I was blown away by the work and price.

Had a water break underground 2" pipe lost 20,000gal of water overnight. i needed immediate repair. I called Persons they came on time they made the proper repair and no mess, they cleaned up the area and even yellow flag the area where pipe repair was made. Price was very reasonable guys were Pros. and took pride in saving my day and further charges on my water bill. I would call them in a minute for any Plumbing job no matter how big or small..I have no problem at all in recommending Persons Service Company to anyone in need of a plumbing repair.
