Overall
Awesome!

I have had Chinese food from many different areas and this has to be one of if not the best I've had!

Average Chinese Buffet - nothing special - what they call egg rolls are spring rolls. Food tasted good for what it was, just didn't have a big variety of things. Basic deserts, but no cheesecake or bananas & strawberries which are at usual chinese buffets.

I like the hot and sour soup here as it is always fresh. The entree items however tend to be mediocre and in the case of the General Tsaos Chicken just not right. I have found the items to be reasonably fresh.

ChinaTown in Mobile, AL

Hubby and I visited 2 weeks ago, for an early dinner. We decided to get the buffet. Of the 8 different entree items we tried, not even one was passable. The foods had been cooked LONG before their serving, and were not hot enough to control the growth of bacteria.

The meats were chewy and tepid.

The dessert, ice cream, tasted like frozen tofu with a yucky, grainy consistency.

We were sure we'd be sick the next day, just from tasting the items we tasted, which included shrimp, pork, fish, beef and chicken and 'ice cream.'

We decided simply to tell them we were unable to eat any of it, but were not given any option but to pay the bill, which we did.

Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice? I don't think so.
