This is a very unique dress shop with wonderful customer service. The staff is very friendly, and very helpful. When looking for a specific style of dress the consultant was very helpful and showed me styles matching the description I had previously given her. They have an amazingly large selection of styles, and can order dresses if the one you like doesn't come in your size. The owner Mrs.Ruth was very nice, and even discussed prices with me. The shop is very clean, and they offer you refreshments if you have to wait. If you do wait, its never for long. They offer one on one time with the consultants to make sure your dress needs are met. You can even be fitted if you are unsure what size dress you actually are, The antique furniture in the waiting area is very beautiful, and extremely comfortable.
All together I would highly recommend this dress shop to ANYONE! They even have Tuxedo's, and dress suits. I will return to this shop at my next need of a formal dress!
I have gone to several stores looking for the perfect prom gown, I found a gorgeous dress at Bells and Bows Bridal and Formal wear Boutique in Mobile AL. They have beautiful gowns in the latest styles. Customer service is EXCELLENT they go above and beyond what is expected in order to help you find your dress. This is the place to go for formal gowns.
i wish i could give a negative star for this business. The most unprofessional employees i have ever met, not to mention incredibly rude. NOTHING arrived on time, the dresses looked worn, the seamstress had absolutely no idea what she was doing and insulted me.They also do not order the product when they are supposed to. BEWARE do not go here for anything.
SERVICE IS LOUSY A DRESS WAS TO SMALL PER STANDARD MEASUREMENTS. BRIDESMAID DRESSES ARE MADE SMALL, SO THEREFORE THE DRESS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ORDERED IN A LARGER SIZE. MRS. RUTH THE OWNER REFUSE TO MEET ME HALF WAY IN CORRECTING THIS MATTER. HENCE ME PAYING NEARLY AS MUCH FOR THE ALTERATIONS AS THE DRESS COST. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS WITH CUSTOMERS, YOU RIGHT THE WRONG. I HAD NO PROBLEM PAYING SOME OF THE COST BUT TO PAY THE WHOLE COST IS NOT FAIR.. THE SERVICE WAS VERY POOR.
