Whether a client files as a proprietor, C corporation, S corporation, partnership, limited liability company or disregarded entity, full tax services are available. Tax planning is done to ensure the lowest liability possible.

  The firm offers a full line of tax services for businesses and individuals. For individuals, I prepare Federal Form 1040 as well as a full line of state returns. Tax planning is necessary in this day and age. I do projections of tax liabilities and discuss various options available to the client to reduce the tax load.
