        Overall

        Good car wash but HORRIBLE customer service. I have been a faithful customer for over a year but over time, they have received a lot of business from car dealerships and simply DO NOT care about the individual customer anymore. Rickey does not answer the phone, will not return voice mails in a timely fashion, and has excuses for why issues on my vehicles do not get done. The customer should not have to be bothered with the owner or manager's issues. Every customer matters!!!
