Hot and ColdGood morning, This is James Clark, I drive through What a Burger at least five times a week. I added it up on my bank statements ( that I am mailing to your CO on Monday.) Twenty six times I went to your drive through in April 2014. I don't know names but most know my red BMW and clergy shirts. There is a heavy young gentleman that helps me at night all the time and he is delightful, 100% What a Burger man always smiling, happy, friendly. And, there is another lady natural red head freckles, bubblier, sweet, and always remembers me, Those two you are very lucky to have. And then you have some, that with one transaction, literally cost you thousands of dollars a year. I won't ever patronage this What a Burger again. I have run into nasty dispositions over the years but, I have just smiled and took it as one bad apple, my job, I am suppose to forgive. However the Bible doesn't say I have to be walked on time and time again. I am getting up by the way. If I am going to buy a seven dollar burger, it is going to come with a smile. Mrs. Wiley knows who the girl in the drive through window is if you care to follow up. Funny, I was coming to get breakfast with a ticket/refund that someone had put onions and jalapenos on my DBchbc burger when I asked them not to, but that was no big deal. I wish yall luck, You have a good product, my opinion, you need to tighten up on the Human Recourses.Jimmy
Arrived at opening time (10am) was told to come back in 10-15 mins by drive thru person. Waited in parking lot for opening which I didn't mind. Placed order which was taken wrongly. When I informed her that was incorrect she had an attitude and started talking under her breath rudely as she walked off. She than proceeded to tell cook to fix my order which he was very nice as he handed me my order. I feel there's no need to get upset with a customer especially if they haven't done anything to you. I feel if you don't like your job then quit. My advice to this location is to get another drive thru worker before someone not as nice as I am confronts her in a different way!
I have recently attempted to redeem a free ice cream coupon at this location with the intention of purchasing another ice cream. Both times the counter staff were friendly,but reluctant to honor the coupon despite it having the store's address clearly listed. After review they informed me that the ice cream machine was broken. I traveled to the nearby Theodore location and was able to get my free ice cream and purchase an ice cream as well.
The staff at this location is amongst the most professional I have ever seen in a fast food setting. They handled a (needlessly) angry customers today with courtesy and tact, while she made crazy claims and then threats to staff and other customers. The food was excellent, the restaurant and parking lot clean, and the staff quick and helpful. I will be back for sure.
I like Wendy's food-- especially the new wraps and the chili and the frosty. However, I really hate trying to get in and out of this particular location-- the traffic is really bad.
This is a newer look brand new store. It does have a couple of plugs for your computer.
Good and Healthy. Always fresh.
