They are awful!!! They have very inconsistent billing. They sit on checks for weeks to months at a time before cashing. They never answer the phone and on the rare occasion they do the man is rude and the women has no idea what she is doing. The business location is very questionable. No one is ever there to provide service or help of any kind. They also show up on private property and walk around your yard without knocking on door and telling you what they are doing. Save your money! Go with a real business.
I was on orders out of town with the military and forgot to pay my bill until I returned home(yes my fault). I was two payments behind and was ready to send in payment to settle up until I saw my backyard. They had went in my backyard and dumped all the trash that was in the can out on the lawn before they took the can. This is the most unprofessional act from a "business" I have seen in a long time. No knock on the door, no heads up or anything. I hope the coward that did that doesn't work there much longer because he just lost them a lot of business. I'm thinking of sending the pictures to the news and I'm defiantly reporting them to the BBB. There are other ways to handle it.
Too expensive (trash pick up fee of $87 + fuel recovery fee of $28 every 3 months current as of January 1, 2014). And service is questionable... assigned trash pickup day time of pick up varies weekly anytime between 6am and 7pm. No pick up on major holidays if it falls on your pick up day and with no warning as to when it will be picked up.
We've had Allied Waste for the past 3 years but are about to switch. Since moving in March, we've had trouble with missed pickups, and the customer service department doesn't seem bothered by it. Just today, I called (for the 4th time in the past week) about a missed pickup that they still haven't made up. She was so rude to me as wouldn't even let me explain the situation to her. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about getting a credit to our account for the missed pickup, she wouldn't transfer for me. Instead, SHE talked to the supervisor for me, which resulted in a whopping $3 credit. Very insulting. For the past 4 days, we have our can by the road based on their instructions, and they never come to pick it up. Way too expensive for such lackluster service, and I shouldn't have to talk to 4 different people to get my trash picked up.
Very nice people. They were very good about trying to accomodate my schedule.
