This company requires their employees to work off the clock to attend training and threatens their license if they do not attend. The health insurance has an extremely high deductible and the 401K match is only 1%.
My Jazzy 600 power chair that i purchased fron Gulf Coast months ago is disabled this morning (Sunday am)- when i purchased the chair i specifically inquired numerous times if something happened on a week-end or holiday would I be serviced? i was assured that i would and given the personal cell number of the service mngr.-which i have called now 3 times to no avail. i've also left numerous messages @ the main number in Mobile-again, nada. What sort of "Rehab" co. leaves disabled people without recourse when their extremely expensive equipment goes down. Oh, did I mention, I'm not on Medicare & a private payer? I am contacting my insurance company first thing tomorrow, providing i can get to a phone, and informing them that this is far from the first time that i have failed to receive responses for promises made. i've been waiting forever for a new seat-I was charged for a new chair, received a demo and promised anything worn or broken would be fixed hippity dippity. Fat chance. A fine way to treat aa 60+ yr. old amputee who will now teeter on crutches for days, a fall from which put me in the darn chair in the first place! Thanks so much. J. Brown-Pensacola, FL.,
