This was the worst experience ever the food is terrible,I eat all around Mobile and there food is terrible I had sesame chicken called to return and had to argue with server about food remember customers are always right,so my order was replaced with beef and broccoli and it was terrible I went there on a Saturday and normally restaurant are packed they had one customer and I see why need cooking lessons from other Asian Restaurant maybe your business will conquer
Just had lunch at Montego's. What a great place. The restaurant is decorated with all these cool Jamican paintings and artwork. Love the place. I had the Sailor's Salad with grilled chicken and walnuts and fruit. Good stuff. The chef and owners come out and talk to you.Very relaxing inside or outside on the deck. Good times. I woud highly suggest trying this gem off of Airport near Providence Hospital.
The ribs are very good. Service a lot to e desired. My first meal was no indication where the sauces were kept.It was asumed there would be a packet or two with the order. Next order was to go I was directed to were they were kept. However, there was an employee that cared more what they were doing they couldn't be bother by allowing customer disrupt what they were doing.
If you want some great barbecue here in town, look no further!Although hours are limited at the moment, the food is excellent. This gem has been in business for about 3 years, and although lunch is jammed, you can still be out of there in 10 minutes or less, if you need to be. But there is nothing hurried about the slow cook process. Try it for yourself!
First time there.I ordered the lunch ribs, potato sala, & slaw.My wife ordered the pulled pork plate. My ribs were tough & greasy. The sides were OK.My wife's plate was alright, not not worth going to again. The place was OK, but the bath room needs to be fixed & cleaned. The blinds by our table were very greasy with dust on them too.
Go during the regular dining hours. It will be more crowded but the food will be fresher. I went around 4pm and some of the food had been sitting under the heat lamps so long that it was hard. Overall, it was pretty good for a buffet. I was disappointed that all of the sushi had crab stick in it though. Service was also good.
Chinatown is the best place to eat in the service is very good I enjoyed every time I go there to eat. A lot of people need to go and enjoy the atmosphere did you have inside your restaurant I appreciated very weird when I come there to eat a happy Mother's Day to all the mothers.
First of all the family that owns the place is so inviting. They are funny and entertaining it is just a nice enviroment. The food is so delicious. I tried their BIG shrimp poboy it was full of shrimp and flavor and i will definetly be going back to WHATS COOKIN..?
Average Chinese Buffet - nothing special - what they call egg rolls are spring rolls. Food tasted good for what it was, just didn't have a big variety of things. Basic deserts, but no cheesecake or bananas & strawberries which are at usual chinese buffets.
Tell the chef: Food here is delicious and cheap. Chef King offers a great variety of dishes at our option. The owners are always friendly and cordial. It is surely the only place for us to go to in the neighborhood if we are interested in Chinese-style food.
