I had gotten my hair done here twice before, three times now in total. The first time I got my hair done I love it and it was exactly what I asked for! The second time I got my hair it was not what I asked for and I went in the next day to allow the stylist a chance to fix it and she did. This third and LAST time I went into the salon I came in and asked for my hair to be SILVER and I walked out with yellow/blonde hair and bright orange roots. I called my stylist and told her this was not what I wanted nor did it look professional. I came in the next day for her to fix it. She applied a black shadow root to cover up the mistake and it started to resemble the look I wanted to accomplish the first time. Well, after 4 washes my orange roots have shown themselves again and the grayish silver on my hair has faded back to yellow. WITH ONLY 4 WASHES!! This made it clear to me that the "redo" I came back into the salon for was a quick fix that was meant to get me out of the door so she could focus on her next client, not to last (a shadow root should last for 8 weeks, not 1.5!) So I called to let management know about it and they tell me I'm going to have to pay again to get this fixed and it wasn't the salons fault, after I just spent 140$ and got results that I could have done myself at home with bleach and boxed dye! I am completed and utterly appalled at the reaction from Genesis Salon. When a client does not receive what they came in and PAID GOOD MONEY FOR, you make it your PRIORITY to fix it, not blame their "hair type" for the mess up. Do Not go here unless you want to pay good money and not get good results.
I have been a client for a few years and have always had a good experience there. The atmosphere is always clean and the owner is very knowledgeable,experienced, very kind, and her mission is to help her clients that has the colonics. Her clients health is her main priority at Oasis Salon & Spa.

The wait time for just a deep conditioning was about 2 hours. Simple trim job went from my hair being able to touch my chin to barely Touching the top of my nose. She's super slow. Spends most of her time gossiping with friends/clients. If you want your hair then stay away.
