8/27/2018 - Company now being responsive and helpful. Like a normal business. Too many really bad things have happened so far for me to dramatically change my score, but I will definitely give them another star at this time for our current experience.Update: 8/21/2018: Day 91. Cytranet completed the phone changes and transferred all calls to the right service... they didn't tell me when they did it, it was a Tueday morning surprise, so we weren't prepped but we managed to make it through the day. Thank you to the amazing people at JustPressOne.com for keeping their people trained for 91 days while we battled with Cytranet. Thank you to Joey at Cytranet, who is the first truly helpful person we've encountered there, for getting this done finally. There are still glitches to resolve. Here's hoping.Update: 8/14/2018: Day 84. Our new phone message has been recorded and emailed to Cytranet. I've asked when they will make the changes to our phone system IVR and await a response.Update: 8/10/2018 - 80 days since initial request for support. I've asked they cancel my contract since they can not or will not fulfill the terms of their contract (for reasons I will not discuss at this time). We asked for 3 changes, and they refused to help. Recently, inexplicably, 1 of the 3 change requests was recently granted without letting us know it was going to happen. All of the sudden our after hours phone calls were going to the new company. I'm glad, but this happened without notice at all. Parts 2 and 3 are still stalled, they say they are waiting on a new recording from me but that's totally unnecessary to do their part. But I will record it this weekend and put the ball back in their hands again.Update: 7/12/2018 - 51 days with no support. I'm waiting on communication from them.Update: 07/02/2018 - 41 days since we requested business critical, less than an hour to complete, programming changes to our phone system. I've been told that Cytranet will not help me until I remove my bad reviews, but my bad reviews only exist because they wouldn't help me. If all these new 5-star reviews are real customers, and in my personal opinion that is highly unlikely, then all I have to say is "wait until you need help."Update: 05/30/2018 - Chase Nelson of Cytranet has implied a threat of legal action (he said he was "turning this over to legal") rather than address my needs as a customer. He has told me that my requests have been deemed "not critical" at this time. This is not the first time that they have threatened a lawsuit rather than provide good service.Terrible experience. Moderately okay basic phone service, which we've had multiple technical issues with. The problem is they are incredibly, unbelievably responsive to emails and phone calls. I can not overstate this. Any service issue I've had, any technical request, any complaint, they don't respond. It takes 10 or more emails to *maybe* get a reply (which is often not helpful). The price is nice, but the cost of being stuck in a long-term one-sided contract with absolutely no customer service or tech support is way too high.

I took my iPhone 7 to the broken iPhone to have my screen fixed. When I picked my phone up, paid the $275 to get my screen fixed, I realized my front camera did not work. I was told that the camera went out while fixing the phone & it will be an extra $90 to get that fixed. I told them not to worry about it because I'm paying a lot already to get the screen fixed and when I dropped the phone off the camera worked so when I came back for it since they screwed the camera up they should fix that as a curtosey instead of making the customer pay for a mistake the techinitian made. The phone has completely went out and gives me nothing but a black screen since getting it fixed and it's been about 3 weeks. I would have been better off leaving the screen cracked since my camera would have still worked and the phone probably would have never went completely out. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy save yourself the headache and use someone else.
Horrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere unless you enjoy being berated and publicly embarrassed by the owner, Mark. I give this business 2, maybe 3, more months before it goes under. I hope losing your business and all your money was worth the rude comments, Mark! :)

Read before you choice the broken iphone First off when you call this place they will seem very convening do not believe in there lies and I will tell you why they are con artist number one they place the apple logo everywhere on there car, building and paper work this is copy right infringement they do not have the right to the apple logo number two they say they use apple original screens and that they are apple certified beware they are not apple original screens they just want you to think that they are so they can get more money from the public and if you think I am making this up do a little research for your self and look up who is apple certified in Mobile Alabama. My suggestion is to stay away from places like this and go through apple. I will be reporting this store to apple.
Update: My previous review was done out of angry, meaning that the problem with my stereo would not recreate the problems when Ken's technicians check my car. So I made a video with my phone when the issue arose played it for them and they knew fix the problem which they did no problems since. That was about a month ago good job guys.
H. May 12/3/2015I purchase a speaker system for my car and what they call a step down to give me a cleaner sound. What I got was static from my speakers, sometimes radio would not play and a popping sound when I open or close doors and trunk without my key in the ignition. Took my car back to find out what was wrong. First I was told they heard of that happening, second after and a couple of hours they could not find the source of the problem. But with a smile was told if it happens again they'll be happy to look at it. But during this process it was suggested maybe I should consider purchasing a aftermarket head unit; because it would probably clear up my issues. Well sounded pretty sane at the time. So I purchase the aftermarket head unit had the step down removed so I could have control over fading and balance. Now I have an static in the right front door speaker and the volume goes up and down at will. Needlessly to say the problem could not be found and they would not hold me up any longer. Going down Government Blvd. towards the Loop area at Pleasant Valley Rd static in front speaker. But the time I got to the Loop volume fades up and down. Now I read some reviews above the company after I had the installation done. shame on me. My opinion the cost for car stereo system carries a nice price tag especially when its suppose to be professionally done. But when you pay for services and not getting the quality something is wrong. When you bring the item back because something is not up to par; and a professional says they don't know. Something is terrible wrong. If you have to tell someone how experience you have at your craft when your work speaks for itself. Take heed because as a child I was always told two different people will not tell the untruth on you. So at best take a look at workmanship. To you a 2000 dollar install is just business as usual. But to the person who gave it to you, that's a lot of money for something they could have paid a high school student much less to do without the warranty for the gear .

I recently added a recorder to my service. I took the existing box to your office and was to get a different box that had a recorder. I stood in line for close to an hour and while waiting my turn I observed the Security Guard taking someone, who had just walked into the office, and took them directly to the front of the line on 2 occasions.
