An extortionate monopoly, grossly overcharging for gas services and very quick to disconnect during winter months. This company will disconnect you for being two weeks late, charge you a $50 dollar reconnection fee. Then do you the discourtesy of forcing you to miss work by reconnecting at their convenience.
Always booked up for reconnection. Always available for diconnection. This company gets off on overcharging and fees.
First of all he charged me a $90 fee for coming to look at my refrigerator. With the parts & everything it ended up costing me about $500. After about 2 weeks, it went right back out. I called him & left a message & no response. I called back a couple of times & he called back after my warranty had expired. He told me I have to start the process all over again���� Just a warning DON'T USE DONALD'S APPLIANCE REPAIR!!! When you see him ������������

76.50 service fee....79 to clean a drain....189 parts and 260 labor.All to change a defrost part in a whirlpool frig. If thats not high I don't know what is. Plus I google the problem and told him that it was a defrost issue before he arrived. I called a parts place and the part was 125 and most places charge 100 to install. This guy is nothing but a high priced idiot!
The $66.50 service fee cover nothing...that's just for showing up. If he does anything the minimum service fee is $45.00, so if he touches anything the minimum bill is $111.50. Nice guy though and he unclogged my drain. I just thought $111.50 for 20 minutes of work was high.
Terrible!!! I called the owner Max last Monday Labor Day, he was busy So I said Tuesday would be fine. Him and his co-worker came out quoted my wife a price of 500 for everything. He had to order part. Worker returned Wednesday and he couldn't complete his work as his torches were not working properly we said fine go get proper tools and return. He returned later in the day and worked for three more hours (note: going on 8 to 10 hours work and not completing job) Owner and worker said this should be a quick fix and in and out just needed Parts. So Wednesday night goes home comes back Thursday. Works on refrigerater gets it working and leaves. three hours later it doesn't work and I have bought refrigerant for the worker myself and my wife has given him another 40 dollars herself so he could buy materials. I call back today and I tell owner I just want my money returned he could come and get refrigerator and fix it and sell it himself that I was done having him work on it. I called him back this afternoon and he told be he would send the same worker out to work on it and I said no he isn't getting it done. and he made excuses for the guy and his family life. I told him if he was the owner and a customer was complaining about the guy he was sending out he needed to send someone else. He only offered to send the same guy and not return any money my wife and I paid out. He has only been in business a few months and told me he only contracts out. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! His father was in the background talking for him and I said do I need to speak with you or the your dad. So family is out 500 for payment 60 for extra payment lost food lost work time and an owner who refuses to make this right. He wants to send DAVID out one last time to waste our time some more for a supposed minor leak at this point that can be welded real quick but the worker he has sent and wants to send again can't get it done. Lesson learned for my family use people with trusted experience clean workers and great attitudes. Not a boy with daddy in the background telling him what to say. I have reported him to BBB consumer reports Angies List and I will continue to report him and his refusal to correct the problem by getting someone at least qualified in to do the job.
