So, I went into this restaurant and found 3 or 4 customers ahead of me. I then turned to leave, as I couldn't wait to be waited on in the order I'd arrived AND be on time for work. When asked why I was leaving by the owner, I explained and she asked the other customers if they'd mind if she served me first. They didn't mind, and I was able to get my food and get to work on time. Awesome display by all parties! Thx
I walked in to place an order during my lunch break, there was a lady standing at the register right in front of me. She never once acknowledged me, never once said someone will be with you shortly--nothing. I waited a good 5-8 minutes and watched the lady walk past me helping other customers. Still no acknowledgment, obviously they didn't want my business, so I left. I will never go back there! Customer service was terrible. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Horrible service !!! Food is ok nothing special about it! Almost everyone employed here seems to be on drugs they're very unprofessional !! The place is outdated the restrooms are disgusting! Never coming back . The End
Tried the avacodo wrap it was delicious! The salad was great also. Great customer service!!! I will be returning here very soon
I just love this place! They made my Thanksgiving side dishes last year because I was just out of time. I love the Grab N Go! Plus they have Mobile's Best Burger! I promise you will love it too!
This place has only been open a short while. It seems they specialize in making meals and you can come in, pick out what you want, and take it with you - or you can eat there. I've spoken with the owner, very nice fellow. You almost want to hand him your money for no reason at all. Today, I felt like cheating a bit on my diet. So, I went in and got some fudge brownies. I was disappointed in more ways than one. First, the person helping me got the brownies out of the showcase and place them in a plastic container. My problem is that this person did not wash his hands before handling my brownie -although he did seem to try not to touch the brownies, but the cupcake paper they were in. In my mind, he should have been wearing gloves. So, I'm reluctant to continue the transaction. I did - and took a bite in my car. The brownie was cold! I would have thought (foolish me) that they would have been prepared on site, baked maybe on Thursday of Friday afternoon. I think they must get these in frozen - but I can't say one way or another. I just know a cold brownie is pretty gross. It may have a nut or a chocolate chip in it - something was crunchy - and that's kind of annoying, too. A brownie shouldn't have anything unless it's called something different like a "Nut Brownie" or a "Chocolate Chip Brownie". But, hey, I'm particular. Some of you folks might be quite alright with chilled brownies.
This is a small friendly place. The food is straight forward, fresh, and hot. The success of the place rests in a remarkable friendly atmosphere that makes coming here more of a family visit than an outing. They go out of their way to welcome you and to be sure you have enjoyed. What a remakable contrast to so many restaurants in Mobile that have forgotten what service us all about. If you are tired of places that seem to be doing you a favor in feeding you, try this little place. I noticed it was always busy, and now I know why.
