Josh helped us with buying the perfect car for us. They have a wide selection and they are great to work with. the cars need more attention as far as detailing, but over all i give 5 stars.
I recently purchased a vehicle from cottage hill motors in mobile Alabama. I live in Arizona, when I tried to license the car in AZ they said I needed to complete the Arizona affidavit of repossession. The dealer gave me a Alabama repo affidavit but it needs to be duplicated on the AZ form which I sent to the dealer and then notarized and mailed to me. I purchased the car on April 11th and emailed them of the problem on the 16th when I attempted to license the vehicle here at that time I also sent them the needed Arizona form to complete. On the 27th of April after numerous calls and emails I was told the document would be completed and mailed that day. As of today I still have not received the document and am now in violation of Arizona licensing statutes which require title transfer in 15 days. I do not recommend them it has been the worst purchase I have ever made. Having to deal with two state DMVs with the hours in line and on the phone all with out the use of the paid for in cash car bought from them. They have my money and I have there car which I can not drive. Do not be in my position, buy else where..
I'm writing a review here also. well you have positive experiences and negative ones I can only speak for mines, I just bought a car from them and they were up front and honest about everything. I have had it about two Weeks just realized a hose needs to be replaced, I called them, and they said to drop it off, and I picked up fixed with a smile, it was fair enough to me knowing I bought the car as is with no warranty. thank you guys and I recommend Quality Automotive to everyone.

This car lot sells lemon cars and I would not recommend them to nobody. They jeopardize me And my family lives after 6 days of having the vehicle it broke down on the interstate and they did not fix what they said and every week something has broke on vehicle. They sell lemon vehicles and im seeking an attorney and reporting them to BBB. They need to be shut down and put in jail for endangering people’s lives for selling vehicles not fit to Drive because they ask for an extremely large down payment. If something go wrong with vehicle it’s your responsibility. They do not honor contract you sign and will repo your truck if day late. If you need a dependable vehicle and want Extraordinary customer service DONT GO TO VALERIOS! KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are a ripoff ripoff ripoff! THEY ARE LIARS LIARS LIARS! GET ANYTHING IN WRITING IS THE MAJOR LESSON LEARDAND DONT BUY NOTHING FROM VALERIOS!
Worse sales experience of my life. I lost $500 in the process. I chose to ignore the reviews and purchase a machine from here. My mistake. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Business practices, sales personnel and the straight out lies are just a few things you will encounter while dealing with Hall's. I did purchase a machine from Bama Buggies in Tuscaloosa. This is the type of experience I wish I would have received at Hall's. Sales people were great and my sales person and the finance manager stayed after hours to complete my deal due to the long drive I made to purchase from them. There selection is huge and prices can't be beat. It was definitely worth the drive.
Paid down on vehicleBrakes went out engine light came on also. Promised they would fix brakes, they gave me run-a-round 😞 still waiting for call back/been 2 weeks
they purchased a front clip from us for a challenger in 2015,gave them 90 days to pay for it simply on doing business,and this is what weve gotten from them,its almost the end of 2017.....and still havent paid for it.....i wouldnt get a glass of water from this place,total scam artists,
Well out of 1 through 10. 1 being the worst it would be a 1. Seeing how the right quarter panel that was supposed to be painted was not. And is still scratched up but now it has new pin strip. What the hell
One of the owners, Allison Hall, when questioned about not receiving information about the refund for my gap and service warranty cancellation stated "I'm not going to give you any information either" and hung up on me. Very poor business etiquette.
