Repaired my headliner and did an excellent job for a reasonable charge. Great customer service too, and that is rare these days. Very pleased with their service and will recommend to family and friends.
Jacob Tyler Napper you should be ashamed of yourself. You are gonna get old & disabled one day. This young man took my disabled mom $300 for a deposit on an apt 2 months ago. Told her she will move in Oct. 21st. Guess what? They never had an apt available. And now, refused to give her money back. Jake how would you feel if this was Mary Ann Stanford Napper (your mom)?
Steve Warren is one of sales rep for timesharing bussiness.He called me & sent a E-Mail that somebody is interested to buying a Time share.I gave information about Time share.After few days he submit the offer, i review the offer.HE sent me a E-Mail for detailed payment.instruction ,where to send money.I sent him $ 162.50 western union money gram,as soon he received the money he said ,i will receive the closing documents on Oct 6th. I waited until Oct 11th and call on his cell phone.His cell phone is dis connected & message box is full. Steve warren is a con artist.People should be aware of this kind of con artist.I have all the E-Mail from him. I am thinking to submit this case to FBI.

Ole bay management really cheated me and my fiance giving us the run around for over a week i was interested in a home they was renting out and i ask last week could i put in an application they told me i would have to do a walked through first i said ok and asked when could i and they told me after 10/1/16 i said ok the first was a Saturday so on monday at exactly 8am i called and ask to do a walk through the lady said call her back in one hour and then we could do it then so at 9am i called back and was told i would have to wait til tuesday morning at 8:30am so on tuesday i showed up at 8:20am the lady gave me the key and told me to go check it out i did and loved it so when i went to return the key and fill out an application the lady tells me that an application is pending !! I ask how when i have been trying to put in a application since last week and i was told i couldn't then on top of all that y didnt she tell me that over the phone or before she let me take the key to do the walk through?? Y waste my time when she knew i could get that home just unprofessional !! Very very unprofessional !! Dont let them waste your time !!
Was treated very ugly when I inquired abt. A mobile home that was for sale off Leroy Stevens Rd was told in a very rude manner we absoulity don't do rentals we don't tolerate it what so ever . i told her I was wanting to inquire on a property that was for sale an she then told me it wasn't available an I witnessed her showing same property I inquired abt she is very unprofessional so if you are interested in wanting to look at her listed property rent a car to her standard or you will be turned around rudely would not recommend this agency sad part I had full cash payment for what I was looking for her lose stereotyping ppl made her lose out have a blessed day
Very rude office staff with no professionalism. When I inquired about prorated rent because I was moving out, the office person laughed about how it was only $8.00. Well Miss LaughOutLoud, I don't care to give the company you work for an extra dime of my money. Maintenance takes at least a week to fix anything that breaks. No one ever calls you back to let you know they've been in your apartment. It took 6 months of me paying gas bills that were over $100 every month for them to replace the hot water heater. When my apartment had an inch of water in it because the hot water pipe busted because of a crappy job that was done to repair the broken garbage disposal they didn't come till the next day. How is an inch of water in your apartment not an emergency? I would never recommend Summerville and couldn't be more excited to be moving on to bigger and better things. And if I don't get my deposit back because of this post, oh well.
Even though it didn't work out on my end, Mr. Nick was on top of everything. He is very professional and the staff there is great! I look forward to hopefully work with him in the future.
I like Ole Bay because the people who work there are courteous and they answer questions quickly. I never feel like they're giving me the runaround.
I rented a house from Gulfbelt Properties, Inc. in Midtown from February 2011 until April 2015. I can't speak for some of the other reviews on this site but I can personally say that I really enjoyed having Gulfbelt serve as my landlord. They handled all my maintenance very quickly in a professional manner. All maintenance issues I experienced were repaired very quickly with the exception of an issue I had a couple of years ago. My A/C had to be replaced and the owner of the house wanted three prices before Gulfbelt had permission to replace. However, I believe this was only a couple of days before the unit was replaced and Gulfbelt had a very nice technician come out in the middle of the night to bring me a window unit and a couple of fans until they could get the owner's approval to replace. I hated to leave but got transferred to Orlando with my job. I would strongly recommend Gulfbelt Properties to anyone that is looking for a home.
