Worse sales experience of my life. I lost $500 in the process. I chose to ignore the reviews and purchase a machine from here. My mistake. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Business practices, sales personnel and the straight out lies are just a few things you will encounter while dealing with Hall's. I did purchase a machine from Bama Buggies in Tuscaloosa. This is the type of experience I wish I would have received at Hall's. Sales people were great and my sales person and the finance manager stayed after hours to complete my deal due to the long drive I made to purchase from them. There selection is huge and prices can't be beat. It was definitely worth the drive.

Well out of 1 through 10. 1 being the worst it would be a 1. Seeing how the right quarter panel that was supposed to be painted was not. And is still scratched up but now it has new pin strip. What the hell
One of the owners, Allison Hall, when questioned about not receiving information about the refund for my gap and service warranty cancellation stated "I'm not going to give you any information either" and hung up on me. Very poor business etiquette.
I was told 5 times and three days that I would get a call back from these guys who was running my credit application no one not one time has called me back all they have done is run my credit score down for running my credit application and none of them has called me back this place is a joke and I don't even know how they're still in business
after weeks collision center couldn't get paint on my vehicle correct. the had been polishing and wet sanding over and over. Trimmed bent first time..second time could see light thru it. bumper got hit in there care and jarred from fender. you here its as good as it gets alot. the parts will be in next week you can bring car back. the pin stripe guy can come to you. NIGHTMARE
Initially made a 3.5 hour round trip to see a truck but didn't like it. Met Robert Koon and developed what I thought was a good relationship. I found another F150 on their lot about a week later and asked him specifically if the truck had any significant flaws, dents, blemishes, etc to determine if I would make the trip back or not... he told me "no." So I made the 3.5 hour round trip again, this time with my wife and 14 month old son. When I got there, the truck had a large dent in the tailgate, and the tow hooks and front end underside was significantly rusted, even though the truck was a 2014 model. This was even listed as a "certified" truck, despite the heavy rust. So... I drug my wife and son 3.5 hours in a car for absolutely nothing. I confronted Robert about it and didn't even get an apology from him. I won't be back and will make sure everyone knows that Robert will say anything to make a sale. Very disappointed.
Sold me parts I didn't need; then came back in for return of the parts not needed. They wanted to change a restocking fee. No one told me there would be a restocking fee. For $3.89 halls has lost my business
I've done business with these guys several times. Bought several new vehicles from Tony Bellah and love every one of them. I've always gotten good prices and good customer service from them and they treat me like a king. The other reviews of Autonation are a little absurd and if you pay attention to their writing, it's clear to see that they're not happy unless they're unhappy.
Hi, I recently have been getting service here and the staff is friendly unless you try paying cash for your service in last 30min of open hours, then its rude service with apology..had an oil change done n oil control valve replaced n they checked off on the list Im supposed to reference that everything is green/ok, meanwhile they didn't put a oil change sticker in windsheild, the check engine light/traction which noone bothered to give exp.Came back in AGAIN get an oil sticker with oil mileage etc but no, its worse than a hole in wall on checks and balances,still no sticker. Left the green checklist sitting in chair but as usual with poor balances nothing gets done right n essentially cost more to customer over time and it all was green still. Just lazy sorry humans everywhere. To add the part for vvt is 120$ more than buying the exact part# from toyota on amazon. I do not recommend them for anything other than mechanical and only after you buy the part from toyota to save 30%on parts
