El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant

The food is delicious and their margaritas are excellent. Their new building is nice and in a good location.

I showed up right about the time they said it would be done. I had ordered the Pollo con queso, queso dip, and chips. The first issue was they forgot my chips and had to have someone go grab them. Then, after I got home, the fun began. The chicken was cold, and I only live minutes away, it was below the recommended temperature to even serve so I discarded it. Well, I still have the dip and chips right? Well, the chips in no way could be fresh as they were stale and disappointing. The best aspect of this entire meal was the dip as I used other chips I had to finish it. The customer and food safety should always be number one, but on this day it didn't even seem like they cared. Never going back...

the food is exelante...only thing well not just one...when i got to the restaurant the waitress sat me at a dirty table..but then patrica hurried and cleaned it for me...and you know me am so picky about food and a clean restaurant..over all its clean and the food hits the spot
