Orthopedics
Dr. Neely specializes in foot and ankle surgery as well as general orthopedics. A native of Grand Island, NE, he attended high school in Aberdeen, SD, and considers Aberdeen his hometown.
Arthroscopy
As a board certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. McKenzieâ€™s practice is founded on total joint replacements and revision thereof in the hip and knee; arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder; and spinal treatments including simple discectomies, decompressive laminectomies, and fusions. His mission is to provide patients the same high quality service and compassionate care that he would offer to a member of his own family.
Ankle Surgery
Dr. Alvine specializes in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery. He also developed a passion for foot and ankle surgery after he practiced with his father for over ten years. Before his retirement, his father specialized in the treatment of complex foot and ankle disorders, with a special interest in total ankle replacements. Today, Dr. Alvine has a very unique and rewarding practice treating both complex spine conditions as well as foot and ankle problems.
Joint Replacement
Dr. Looby and his entire staff were outstanding. He took the time to explain my options for less invasive treatment and ultimately the full hip joint replacement. I appreciated the fact he didnâ€™t want to rush to surgery but was willing to explore and explain all the options. When we did decide on the total hip joint replacement, he took the time to explain the procedure and what the future would look like….I could resume my physical activities including running. I am one month post-operative and have no pain and walking again without crutches or cane.
Hand Surgery
His practice is focused on hand surgery, congenital hand reconstruction, and microvascular surgery, as well as upper extremity surgery and tissue transfer. He cares for injuries and deformities from the shoulder to the fingertip. He is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker on topics covering hand and upper extremity surgery. He has given lectures and performed surgery on five continents.

I started seeing Dr. Watson about one year ago after having orthopedic surgery at another practice. I canâ€™t even begin to explain how happy I am that I made the decision to switch. Dr. McKenzie has been my orthopedic surgeon since having hip replacement surgery 9 years ago, and two more recent surgeries. Each time I have had excellent care, and Dr. McKenzie and/or his staff have answered any questions Iâ€™ve had. Iâ€™m very thankful to have him and his staff for my care and would highly recommend him to anyone needing hip, knee, or back surgery.

Dr. Adler appears to be very knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my hip. I would recommend him very highly for hip or knee replacement to others. He has a great personality!

Today, as a board certified orthopedic surgeon, his practice is focused on sports-related injuries, arthroscopic surgery, reconstructive surgery of the knee and shoulder, total joint replacement surgery, and general orthopedic surgery.

Sports Medicine
After graduating from Lincoln High School in Sioux Falls, Dr. Looby received two Bachelorâ€™s degrees from Stanford University. While completing his fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, he was the team orthopedic surgeon for the New England Patriots football team, the Boston Bruins hockey team, the New England Revolution soccer team, and the Harvard University sports teams. He holds a Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.
Physical Therapy
After receiving his master’s from The University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD, Dr. Neely practiced as a physical therapist for seven years in Yankton, SD. His work in physical therapy developed his interest in orthopedics. With the support of his family, he pursued a Medical Degree from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD, which he finished in 2006. After which, he was accepted into a residency in orthopedic surgery at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, in 2011.

Dr. Watson focuses on treatment of the lower extremity, from the knees on down through the feet. He specializes in foot and ankle, taking care of complex intra-articular lower extremity trauma as well as bunions and any arthritic conditions from the knees down through the feet.
