This is the most horrible post office I have even seen . On Saturdays there is a mail lady/ man , who delivers to the wrong address and they know they are doing it and just keep doing so they can go home . I have lost important documents that I needed and I’m not cool with some of my neighbors. Lazy people working here it’s best you keep a P.O. Box

Starting with some mgmt and the postmaster, train them to manage people properly then employees will follow. They talk to employees crazy, some never delivered mail in their life, but can determine how and how long it should take. Employees are fearful and doing whatever to get back on time. Ridiculous!!!

The employees that work there are incompetent and lazy. They have lost, misplaced my packages in someone else's box or kept them for themselves. I keep track of all the purchases I make and follow them until it reaches the Missouri City Post Office, then it mysteriously disappears. I have filed a complaint with the USPS Consumer Department, but nothing ever happens. I was told, that unless I have insurance on the items that are being lost by them, then I am out that money. They also informed me that they are protected from having to pay for lost packages, even if it was their fault. This is 4 times they did this to me. All the employees there need to terminated, and replaced with people that actually know what they are doing. They need to start with that incompetent Post Master.

Absolute WORST post office i experienced!. Phone always busy probably because people are always complaining. Late mail always, IF itever comes. This post office is run by lazy people.

If I could I would give no stars for this post office. This is the worst post office ever!! my mail never gets delivered to me. I always receive someone else's mail!! My packages have been lost and they swear they delivered it, but I know for a FACT they DID NOT! I have complained to the manager Ms. Grace, but that does nothing. Something must be done about this, it makes no sense that people cant get their mail. It's not rocket science to deliver mail you just have to know how to read!!!
