Park Manor of Quail Valley

The Administrator at Park Manor in Missouri City Texas is very unprofessional I'm not gonna entertain an ignorant man and his lack of dealing with people. My hands are trembling as I type this review because of the anger I feel towards Park Manor Quail Valley!!!!!!I!!! I admitted someone that I loved dearly to this facility and it has scarred our family for life. The service that we recieved there on a scale of 1-10 was a 2. Things that I thought were easy fixes were huge obstacles showers,food,linen,and even changing my my family member was a problem. The Administrator and DON are useless and clueless to whats going on in the building the open door policy in that building is non-existent. When i did have a concern and would ask the nurse to speak to management they were always in a meeting or behind closed doors and when i FINALLY was able to speak with them they showed no concern at all!!!!!!!! The Social Worker was not very friendly she always seemed to be annoyed or to busy to resolve patient issues.This building is a disgrace to healthcare and Management needs a speedy and complete overhaul.

Do not go! Management is somewhat subpar when dealing with family members. The RN's are very professional but half of the CNA are some of the laziest people I ever encountered. The lazy CNAs caused my mother a lot of anxiety and depression when she was there. If possible, steer away from this nursing home.
