Worst nail experience ever the owner did my nails and they look like I went to the beauty school and had them done by a beginner she is all over the place leaving me to do eyelashes only to come back and rush my nails are aweful I want to go back and ash her to remove them her husband did an amazing job on my lashes
This is what happens when I try and be “spontaneous” -
Usually I am very understanding and cool with people.. I let a lot “go” to avoid stress but the lack of customer service, quality, and expertise is pathetic and disrespectful to anyone in the beauty industry.
I went into their shop For the first time today and the first thing I noticed was the big sign outside that said full set $21 once I got inside I was immediately asked what I wanted done today...I asked her about the price for lashes and then about the $21 full set. She didn’t know the price for the lashes... and she said the $21 full set was basic acrylic and was only on certain days. Then she said powder was $31 - I asked how much for “shellac” or gel she said $26 - I said great let’s do that....
I was going for something natural and clean, nothing extra like jewels, designs or different colors...
The entire process took less than 25m -
Nail application, coffin cut, one thin coatof acrylic, quick filling, then I was up to wash my hands..
Once I sat down the nail tech told me it was $39- I informed her the price I was told she began speaking with her colleagues to where I couldn’t understand what was happening...
I spoke to the woman who gave me the price - again, they talked amongst themselves.
Be sure to look at the pictures so you can see what $39 will get you at image nails.
I was putting on my jacket and my left thumb nail broke.. fantastic.
I am not one to complain or to even just write a review I'm actually easy to get along with and very understandable when it comes to errors, but this I refuse to just slide customer service is at its lowest, sanitary wise lets just say if it wasn't that asked her to use different tools on me she would have used the same ones she used with the customer before me. And ladies I know we take pride in our eyebrows literally left crying from that place she completely took half of my eyebrows and when they "tried to fix it" they just left me with a line!!! NEVER AGAIN HORRIBLE and last they still charged me for the brow. Disappointed horrible!!!!

I went there last Monday because it was the only nail place that seemed to be open july 4 near my parents house. Their nail polish was the cheapest kind I have ever seen and awful colors which were organized so poorly. Ladies seemed rushed and my polish was already chipping two hours later. Do not go there.

Very unprofessional salon. They upsale you to death and you do not get anything you pay for. I tried this salon for the first time this past Saturday. The first person slated to perform my full set of nails could not get off the phone to service me so she sent someone else to ""begin"" the process. She put the nails on CROOKED!! She had to soak off 3 nails and re affix. Later I discovered that she did not know how to put on the acryllic gel and she got another tech (a man) and he had the stuff dripping. His paper towel used to dab his brush was SOAKED! At the end of the day (actually 4 days later) I have nails that need to be ""refilled"" because the acryllic is coming up . I also had them put on the eyelashes they advertise for 8.00, which I was later told that the prices vary any where from 8-18.00 (you should say that then!!)
If you want to get your beauty day on....please keep past this shop!! They charged me a total of 62.00 and this weekend, guess where I will be....at another nail shop!!! This shop knows nothing about nails!! TOTALLY A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

I am from California and just moved to the area. Image nails is the closest shop to my new home so that's where I started my search of a new nail shop.
At the time, I was using gel nails and when I went in, I told the people there I wanted gel nails. There were two people there. The woman spoke no english and had no idea what I was talking about and called the guy who was there. I told him what I wanted...GEL NAILS. He tells me okay, but proceeds to apply acrylic to them. I ask him if what he's putting on my nails is acrylic because I DO NOT WANT ACRYLIC and he says, ""Yes, this is powder gel."" I'm not stupid, so I repeat what he said in a question form and again he tells me he is using powder gel. So I ask him what the brand of the gel is and he tells me. I went home and researched and found there is no such thing as powder gel.
So basically he lied to me about the service/product and I find it manipulative and deceitful. It just makes me wonder what else he'll lie about in the salon just to make a sale.
And on top of that, my nails basically fell apart after a few days. I will NEVER visit them again.
