Mark and his staff are incredible! He found a beautiful vehicle for me ... a 2010 Lexus RX 350. He helped me obtain low, low interest financing with payments that fit my budget. And the other awesome part is that after the deal is sealed, he continues to take of care of any upcoming vehicle needs and services, helping to find the best places for service and parts that I made need for maintenance. . It took me a long time to find the car that I loved ... I never felt like there was ever any any pressure. I drove many vehicles on his lot before the Lexus came in ... he knew I had to see it first! His vehicles are reasonably priced ... he'll tell you exactly what he paid and what he invested and how much profit he needs to earn ... and he gave me a screaming deal on my trade! I recommend Lyman Motors to everyone!
Don't trust these guys! Sunshine is just as sleazy and cheap as the rest. My salesman Bob told me he would purchase a pet gate for the back of my new SUV out of his pocket as a gift for buying through them. He also promised a full tank of gas, as it only had a quarter tank at the time. After the deal was done, and I inquired again about the pet gate, he gave me an offer for a 15% discount to buy my own instead of what he promised. Needless to say, I also never got my tank of gas. Then they forgot to give me my copy of the sale contract which I had to track down, and when I tried to register my new car with the county, they still hadn't put the title in my name nearly a month later! I went to get my keyless entry code set on my new car, for which there was a $54 serve fee. The technician told me to call Sunshine, as the dealer is generally responsible for that fee. When I contacted them, they said they wouldn't pay for it because my sale was closed, implying I would have needed to take the car in to set a passcode before I owned it to get them to pay the service charge, which is impossible. Sunshine cheated me out of nearly $200, they are cheap and dishonest. Do not buy from them!!
We went to nickels auto and found a car that we put a down payment on. We first went in and told them we wanted a truck. They told us they could give us a choice of 2 cars. Well we took a test drive in one and it seemed ok. But they knew how desperate we were and sold us a car that had a major oil leak and coolant leak. Then we tried to take it back because we didnt want it in the first place. We told them we needed a reliable vehicle to drive back and fourth from missoula out town for our jobs. It was our bad for trusting them. There is much more to our story but i cant list everything cause it would take too long. Bottom line, do not buy a car from there unless you like to be screwed over and lied to while they role their eyes at you for being upset about having to pay for a lemon. They knew what they did and only want the money for for their sorry excuse of salesmens pocket. If you like getting screwed over just go to nickels auto so they can turn it around on you for buying a piece of junk from them
If you buy from here you are crazy. I went in there really excited about buying a 2001 Kia Optima they had in the lot. Beautiful car, upon closer inspection the odometer was broken, the windshield had a crack that stretched from one end to the other and there were a few small dents on the body. The salesman Mike Kimbrough said he would take the car in and get all of those issues fixed (not before he asked me how much I wanted to spend so he could adjust the car's price as closely to that as possible). I was concerned yet intrigued so I asked for a quote. I told him I would be paying for it up front without financing. He quoted the price at $5100. I looked up this car on Kelley Blue Book and that same exact used vehicle without any of the problems I described was valued at $2600. When I brought this up on the phone he was caught off guard and said the discrepancy between those prices came from the fact that he had quoted the car's price with financing included for "high risk borrowers". I reminded him that I would not need to finance the vehicle and so his second justification for the discrepancy in price is that the value is pulled from another book website which valued the car specifically according to the VIN. So, he tried to discredit Kelley Blue Book, the world's most accurate and well known car valuators and pointed me to a site that some how would know everything this specific car went through and created a value comparable to what a brand new Kia would cost right now. Needless to say once I started asking questions he started getting mad and said "he couldnt do the Kelley Blue Book price of $2600 because they were in way over that". I seriously doubt the validity of that comment but they are not a very smart dealership if they are spending more on cars than they are worth.Ultimately, my impression is that these people just want to sell me a car and take my money and get it off the lot. They provide no guarantees and would not even promise to fix the odometer until after I had signed a contract and bought the car. I chuckled heartily at that premise and said good day.After speaking with two other people I had known to do business with this place they said that what I was sensing was right. They are the nicest people until you fork over the money and they are rude and unhelpful.Its really a shame that this business can stay afloat on the backs of hard working people who are maybe less educated in the area of shopping for a car. They lure you in with the promise of giving everyone a chance including those with bad credit. They act like they are your friend and want to get you into the best fit. If you can in anyway go to a real dealership to purchase your vehicle, do so. Avoid this place as much as you can!
I'd been looking all over town, and beyond, for the perfect truck for more than a year before I decided to look at Cheap Cars. The salesman was fantastic. Low pressure and casual, but professional. Management was friendly and welcoming. They were patient with me (I am a little picky) and once I settled in on a truck, the process was a breeze. My truck runs great, drives great, looks great, and I couldn't be happier with it. I've referred friends and family already, and if ever I need another rig, I'll definitely go there first.
DO NOT GO TO CHEAP CARS. IT IS NOT CHEAP! Bought a car two months ago almost to this day! Looked to see if they had a bad rating no bad rating on Better Business Bureau ect. Have had my car for two months now. I have had it in my physical posession for 5 days out of the two monthas of the 5th of June. Every liquid thing that could come out of that car is all over my garage floor. Contacted them to make it right. Asked the right questions when I went in to purchase the car. The windshield wiper fluid seems to be out. No problem we will fill it up. The power steering fluid seems to be low. No problem we will fill it up. There is oil, power steering fluid, windshield wiper fluid all over my garage floor. I drove it straight home and the whole car is leaking all over the place and has not stopped since the 3 hours after I bought it. I am now in the whole for way over the blue book price. They had an answer for everthing.. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE IN MY POSITION!!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!
My husband and I have bought 3 cars from them now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I bought a PT Cruiser last summer and it runs like a dream- I had a little problem with the strut within the first 2 days of buying it so I took it to them and they fixed it right away for free with no questions asked. My husband bought a Silverado Duramax and it is a great truck! I am now trading in my Cruiser with them to get a more economical car so I am getting a Neon. Rodney has been extremely helpful with trading my car in and financing. He is even trading me for my Cruiser snow tires for new ones for my new car! Buying a new car can be pretty stressful but they make everything so easy for you. I definitely recommend everyone to check out their inventory if they are looking for a new vehicle!
