The dispatcher was totally disrespectful, made fun of my accent and said I didn't understand English, he would not explain the charges, threaten me and said he would call the cops, this place does not represent Missoula or it's people, it should be shut down and inspected for safety violations, the tow trucks are not safe OSHA needs to check this place out and business conduct horrible, who knows how many people they steal money from.

They towed our vehicle while we were on the river and when I called dispatch the lady didn't know the price of the tow or how much it would cost us. When my wife got a ride to the shop with my 12 year old daughter the 2 guys that were there they laughed at her and made her upset and then called the cops on her for no reason even the cops when they got there couldn't figure out why they were called. Then it costs us 390 dollars to get the car out. This place is very unprofessional and they do not know how to conduct business. Peter needs to clean house and they need to figure there stuff out before his business goes under.

I reserved a budget truck for a 1 day rental on a saturday with a 830 am pickup and a 630 pm drop off. When I arrived the place was closed. I had to track down their on call number to get someone to come get me my truck. It took 45 mins for him to show up. He then proceeded to tell me he was on an "emergency" call. He was clearly lieing as he showed up in slippers. He promised me a discount for the wait. I checked my credit card statement and they had charged me an additional 10 dollars. I had to call budget to find out why. They charged this for dropping the truck off "after hours". I dropped the truck off at 330 pm the same day I picked it up. Again no-one was there even though they are supposed to be during normal budget hours. Thu s is av terrible company run by crooks, and I urge anyone thinking of doing business with them to reconsider.

This company needs to be towed! Drivers are rude, and they don't want to fix a roadside problem, just want to a hefty tow fee. I called my insurance company to remove them from a reliable service to use for any assistance.
