I was able to do everything online, except for looking at the place to make sure it wasn't a s***hole, I never actually have to deal with a live person, my computer gives me the best customer service. I'll probably end up staying here until I graduate

PPM is by far the best in Missoula

When you walk in the front door you can tell this place has their stuff together. Everyone is friendly and eager to help and I was able to look at some great apartments (after looking as some awful ones I saw on craigslist). The application fee was unexpected as well as mandated renter's insurance but I guess all the places do that now. The process was easier than I expected and I can pay my rent online which is sweet.

I have rented from various PPM properties for 15 years. I would not have stay with them for so long if I didn't like them. Believe me I am no sucker and you will not treat me with anything but respect. Maybe it just goes with the old saying of you get what you give. Every time I move from one property to the next it has gone smoothly. I don't expect to get every penny of my deposit back when I know I didn't have time to clean the place very well. I will rent from PPM until the day I can no longer care for my self.

Holy cow... how do they stay in business. I understand that they are working for the property owner, but good lord. How unprofessional. I submitted my application and it took them three days just to review it. When I finally did get approved, my application was filed in the wrong place and they had to look for it. No one knew what was going on and I had to call and go in repeatedly. They didn't inform me that there was no direct tv allowed in the building so... after having signed up I had to pay the cancelation fee (there was nothing in the rental agreement about this and they said nothing about cable). I went through the inspection sheet and marked down everything that I could find so I don't get charged another fee. They also had me pay for rent and deposit online just to tell me that I had to stop payment through the bank and eat the charge because I was only supposed to pay just the rent through the website (this was after *she who shall not be named* instructed me at their offic

Not fair and shady PPM, this company keeps filtering and deleating my reviews.I rented from this company a few years back and they are the most underhanded, evil, and lying group of people I have ever met. Why does a company have to delete reviews and make up their own?? You tell me.I always payed my rent on time, never was loud, and I am a clean person. I was given a 3 day eviction notice for slight damage to a door frame that wasn't even my fault and was fixed out of my own pocket. My then 1 year old daughter and I were kicked out in November and to add insult to injury this company kept my $600 dollar deposit with no explanation why. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I have caught Louise in many, many lies and one day I brought in a tape recorder to catch her in her lies (best idea ever---I would recommend EVERYONE who rents from these people to bring their own) and I have her lies and backtracking and twisted stories on tape. She physically tried to remove the recorder from me

As a property owner I love PPM

As a property owner I have used PPM for many years after using another management company in town that must have been too busy selling real estate to provide service. Believe it or not, PPM actually does their job of managing the property. When I call and check in, they know everything that is going on with my property. The tenants they find for me are great too as my eviction rate has dropped to almost zero and the property damage that used to occur has all but stopped. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and i rented from ppm about three yrs ago and they are the most horrible people...not just as employees but as people. they are rude, dont care if your upset and dont care about childeren moving into an un-clean, disgusting house. DO NOT RENT ON SOUTH LIVINGSTON!!!!

I have given myself the title of Dumb A$$ for the purpose of this review because I did not take the time to research PPM before I gave them my hard earned money and moved in. I rented a nice little duplex for a two year period from PPM and had nothing but problems. They would not return calls regarding maintenance issues and I challenge anyone calling to get the person's name they are talking to. When we moved out we went above and beyond cleaning the premises because by that point we knew they were going to ding us for every little thing they could find. We were moving out of town when we moved out and tried to schedule an inspection before we left. They REFUSED to do a final walk through with us. I had family still in Missoula that were willing to address any issues they thought needed to be resolved but the only thing we were able to get out of the no name person that answered the phone was they were cutting our check but was not able to tell us for how much and even if there were a

As I wrote in my review over on Yahoo! Local reviews, PPM in incredibly unprofessional. In addition to not cleaning the apartment before renting it to me (when I cleaned the carpets I found animal hair, despite not owning any pets ... hrm), they also mark down for things being missing even though the apartment didn't come with them (a door for a lazy susan, curtains), and are incredibly harsh with their walk-throughs (having a professional come clean the place wasn't good enough).On top of this, all the positive reviews I've seen about them are very obviously written by PPM to boost their ratings. Their lack of ethics and professionalism is mind-boggling.

i have used ppm as a renter and building owner management service for over 20 years. they are by far the best, and most fair management service in missoula. they set reasonable rent rates, keep the unit maintained and in good condition.

DO a search for "professional property management" "missoula" "review" and be astounded at the amount of negative reviews. Do not trust them. Do not give them your business. You will regret it, and be one of the hundreds writing about how horrible they are.
