Nail Trix

Went today for a pedicure after a long COVID hiatus. Everything was updated, from the location to all of the equipment. Was a beautiful and large layout and service was great (the sugar scrub smelled awesome [lemon]). The most significant observation was how much the customers missed the employees. There’s a clear sense that strong bonds have been established. That speaks volumes.
This is the kind of neighborhood salon I want to go to. I’ll be back.

If you want someone to roll their eyes at you when you ask for services to be done, or you want to be left under a light for 45 minutes while the person talks on their phone, this is the place for you.

Seriously, absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere where they value the customer or at least hide their disgust for them.

I had my nails done here the other day (the gal who did them the first time had no idea what she was doing or nails or anything) and had to go back the next day to have them fixed by the manager who made them worse. They have no idea what they are doing. They don't know what a stress point/apex is and their nails do not have one or the whole nail ends up being a stress point. I went to another place in town and paid $20 more to have them fixed properly and the people agreed that the set that Nail Trix did is absolutely horrible. They gave me clubbed nails and fan tips, neither of which I wanted. I would advise people to pay more and go to another salon that has certified, well trained nail techs. DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want them to mess your nails up. If they had a no star I would put that, this is the worst salon in town and I've been to a few places over time.
