the other night my septic tank started backing up in to my yard, after calling other companies in the area and being told they were to busy to come rigtaway, I called and talked to Paula, she told me that they were very busy but that she was sure she could fit me in. about an hour later Chris showed up looking and acting very professional and even went out of his way to make it look like he was never here, when it came to payment he took 10% off because i was a senior with out me asking. I am very happy with them and will never call anyone else.
