        Higgins LOT is an outdoor Saturday arts & crafts market that runs from the first weekend in MAY to the second weekend of october rain or shine. OUR hours are AS follows: setup from 7 AM to 9 AM. Market business hours from 9 AM to 1 PM. Tear down from 1 PM to 2 PM.
