I had a Mac that had a fried mother board. Rob retrieved my hard drive and successfully added more RAM and my old hard drive onto a new Macbook. He stuck to his estimate, and I fully trusted his technical skills, as well as his business integrity. He was upfront, and happy to explain the inner workings of my computer when I had specific questions. Easy, good experience.

Rob is one of the most knowledgeable computer professionals I know, and he has done everything from installing hardware and software to removing threats and viruses, and even solving compatibility problems and issues. I thought I knew a lot about computers and IT until I met Rob. He is, simply put, the best. I won't go anywhere else for anything computer.

My all in one computer crashed shortly after warranty was expired. Rob answered my call and I explained my situation. Rob was able to get my computer in for repair immediately. Not only did he fix my computer but he also upgraded it to windows pro 7. To make my experience better, the price came in under his original quote. Very professional service. I will never go anywhere else.
